I can relate to having to forgive something tragic like the father. I know exactly about how good it feels to forgive, and to have all the negative weight lifted away by forgiving my mother's killer. It's a huge blessing to be to let go and forgive. I leave it to God to take care of all my problems.

Dont ever take your parents for granted because they might be gone the next day. My dad died when when i was 2 years old from an over dose of prescription pills so i grew up without a dad. But my mom worked so dam hard to provide a living for me and my brother. And when i was 8 my mom and started dating a man from her high school. And they got married when i was 10 and a half. This is highly disturbing. I'm crazy about my parents. I found my mom having a seizure last year, lips turning blue, and I honest to God soiled myself. I called 911 in a panic, she was on life support but recovered quick and I was absolutely, completely traumatized by it. People say I saved her life. It's a huge burden.

Remember this story well. I lived in Houston at that time. His dad is one of the best Christians ever. Don't know that there are many out there that could forgive this act of violence against his own family.
