The best way to get keys by far is by playing the memory game until it gives you four keys in total. It will cost a few diamonds here and there, but is 100% worth it.
For medals, just play the collisingum, they are pretty easy to get, and ngl I forgot wild cards existed. It isnt worth it to farm since it takes a bunch of keys, and I wouldn't know since I have never even got one before.
