We'll get you next time! At least you're informed about the Backcountry Panniers now, so the decision will be much more difficult next time you get luggage.
Had mine for three years and they have seen thousands of miles. Wanted to put a shout out to Mosko as I had a screw fall out of the lock bar which surprised me; I thought they were rivets not screws. 100% my fault so I reached out to order a set and they sent them out no charge within a week. I think to many companies just want the sale but the customer service is what brings people back. I have not had to deal with other luggage companies and they might be good too but I have no problem spending my money with these guys.
Well hang me up and call me goofy. I thought these lock bars were secured with rivets, too! I'll contact these fine folks and order 2 to replace my missing ones as well, so glad to know this!
I found so many uses for my backcountry panniers that I just keep them on my 990 adventure all the time. Whether I’m on a multi-day camping trip, commuting to work, or just running errands.
Never mind the Panniers, where do we get those PitViper sunglasses :) But honestly, I just passed 50K miles with my Backcountry's and I've literally had ZERO problems. I've ridden around the US, Canada, UK and Europe. The attention to detail is next level. Just look at the little velcro straps inside the pannier to prevent the screw from falling when you install an Aux Pox. It's that kind of attention to detail that I love so much.
Saw this company at the NEC in the UK, without seeing any prior marketing, videos, reviews you could instantly see they produced seriously rugged gear 💪
Thanks for coming to visit and hang out with us at NEC! You got to see the product firsthand, which is the best way to determine if something will work for you!
I experimented with the 40 liter duffle bag on my snowmobile, works great on my bike in warm weather however not made for cold weather minus 30 Celsius the bag froze shut and was difficult getting my stuff out for the night, hopefully this is useful information.i do love their equipment.
Dang! That's really cold and we hope you were able to stay warm in those temperatures. It's cool to hear that you were using our gear on your snowmobile adventures as well!
That is good to hear. I lost my SW tail bag and MOLLE pouch on a dirt road in Maine recently. Did I hear there is a mailbag coming as well? I would like to wait and replace with Mosko products if they are soon available. @@MoskoMoto
We are developing a tail bag based around our Hood Tank Bag. We don't have a solid timeline for its release, but it should be sometime next year. @@ADVentionMoto
The Backcountry inner bag material you are showing in this video looks much more pliable and flexible than the inner bags from my purchase over a year ago. Is it a thinner material?
The standard way is to roll the out pannier and waterproofing bag together but for maximum water protection, you can roll the inner bag separately from out pannier. There is a strap with a buckle on the inner waterproofing bag to secure the roll.
Hey Jack, thanks for asking! We shifted to using 100% recycled ballistic nylon, added aux pox mounting holes on the bottom of the pannier, adjusted placement of the bottom G Hooks on the beavertail, added bi-directional MOLLE panels on the front and rear, and added velcro for patches! Additionally, we updated the Aux Pox to have a larger opening at the bottom in case you have a water bladder stored in there.
Hey Jigger74 - The major updates are the move to 100% Recycled Ballistic Nylon, updated aesthetics, movement of the bottom pair of G Hooks holding the beavertail from the front to the back, bi-directional MOLLE panels, and aux pocket holes on the bottom of the pannier.
Yes! All you will need is a pannier rack. If using the OEM BMW Rack, you'll need our Water-Cooled Adapter. If you don't have a rack, we also sell Outback Motortek racks on our site!

Hey @grego10r, our top priorities are building the best product using top-quality materials + manufacturers, and providing personal customer support. We work hard to do that. We know our gear has a higher price tag, but we believe that Mosko Moto delivers so much value and that the investment pays off. We're just stoked you're out there riding - no matter what gear you use!
Outstanding presentation of the Backcountry Panniers. Almost makes me want to replace my Reckless 80. Almost.

Yep one of the best ADV products I have ever purchased!
That's great to hear! We are glad you chose our panniers to accompany you on your adventures!
Have had my woodlands for about two and half years. Bombproof!!! Love em!
Hopefully, over the last two and half years, you and your Backcountry Panniers have been to some epic locations!
I found so many uses for my backcountry panniers that I just keep them on my 990 adventure all the time. Whether I’m on a multi-day camping trip, commuting to work, or just running errands.
That's called the triple threat!
I love my v2.5 woodland 35s. 4 Aux Pox. Every ride. Every trip. Any need that arises. Mosko delivers.❤
The Woodland colorway is a fan favorite! It looks good on so many bikes and in so many different environments.

That's what we're talking about! It's been great following your adventures this year as you traveled through Europe.
Great Job Pete! Looking forward to get that setup on my bike! Safe travels
Hopefully, you'll have many adventures, and maybe we'll see you out on the trail!
Great project review. But them blue sun glasses are the ultimate birth control!!
We'll be sure to let Pete know!

Thanks for the updated BC video. What is the black pouch on the right side pannier? I have had a hard time finding good small MOLLE attachments.
That's our new small MOLLE pouch that will be coming out later this year!

I want to buy them. Let’s us when they are back in stock for this color😊
We're expecting to get more High Desert in stock in December!
Just about to order for my bike
That sounds like a perfect match!
When is the new GSA mounting system mentioned @ 1:38 going to be available for purchase?
We hope to have them available by the end of July or early August!
The Backcountry inner bag material you are showing in this video looks much more pliable and flexible than the inner bags from my purchase over a year ago. Is it a thinner material?
Nope! This is the same inner dry bag material we've used in previous generations.
Great product! Where are these made? USA, China?
Our luggage is manufactured in Vietnam!
What's the best way to fold these panniers to prevent water intrusion? Fold the dry-bag first inside, or fold the dry-bag with the pannier?
The standard way is to roll the out pannier and waterproofing bag together but for maximum water protection, you can roll the inner bag separately from out pannier. There is a strap with a buckle on the inner waterproofing bag to secure the roll.
What are the upgrades on the 2.5?
