As your instructor for the day I found that incredibly useful - lots of tips for me to make future clients' experiences more meaningful. I can also hear 737 pilots in my head shouting at me...! You were a very competent pilot and we look forward to showing you how different an airbus is... That was a really enjoyable session so thank you. I had my first visit to Ascent Aviation yesterday and it was a fantastic experience piloting the 737NG with instructor Nick, can't wait to get back over again and fly some other procedures, I can highly recommend Ascent Aviation if you have an interest in flying :-)

Cheers! I found the airbus really good too - was interesting seeing the difference between the full "steering wheel" control on the 737 versus the side stick on the A320. They were upgrading the 737 sim when I was there for my A320 session - be interested to see what that looks like now, as it was going to be a full MSFS based upgrade and improvements to the display screens. Think I need to go back to see that!

Excellent video. Will need to give these guys a visit. I'm someone that flys a lot but had a chronic fear of it, so I have diazepam on repeat prescription. Would like to learn more about flight safety and try and ease the anxiety a wee bit.
Cheers Ryan! It really is a great wee place - I've since done the A320 sim as well and it was fab too! If you have any concerns over flying, I'd recommend mentioning it to the cabin crew - they are usually fantastic at helping nervous flyers!
@@GLAFly I've always been too out my tits to hold a conversation on a plane to be fair. Even for a works flight to east mids 🤣 I've got 3 lined up in January so might do it and see what they say 👍

I think they have upgraded the screens (using Microsoft Flight sim) since my last visit - were the graphics good?
