And keep in mind this is from someone who studied the taittiriya upanishad, rudram and chamakam, mahanyaasam, laghunyaasam, rudra kramam and chamaka kramam, aruna Prashnam, aditya hridayam, bhagavad gita, naraayaneeyam, etc. All u need is unconditional bhakti (devotion) towards whatever deity you believe in (Ishta devataa) And the realization of advaita.

Vedas are the ultimate knowledge that every human being should know and understand to attain moksha. Vedas are the basic knowledge all humans should master.
I think it happens like in a lot of religions, God reveals knowledge, and people store it, but then modify it and what not... in the case of the Vedas I'm ignorant of how they preserved the text, I know the Quran was well preserved and there is a system to define if a text is weak or authentic... now extending the texts to stuff written by the companions of the prophet Muhammad (SAW), there is also a thing, and is the nature of the knowledge, revealed or not, true or not, I think Vedas had some good knowledge, but some which idk if was beneficial... like rituals with jinn, about this idk, If you know if the Vedas contain that it would be cool to know... since there are people who sadly also do the same and are "Muslims" (they are not because they commit sihir but they know Quran and act and dress like Muslims) and they do magic with jinns (which usually requires to give the jinn adoration in the form of rituals, which is haram because we only postrate to the one who made us, Allah (SWT)) In any case, don't take my word on the sihr stuff, I'm sorry for my ignorance and I don't want it to look like I'm making a statement, I just had that mental link but perhaps it's only my mind doing weird stuff xD, in any case, May Allah guide us all before this test ends and we can't change directly what will happen later...

People have wrong perceptions about god, some believe god is supposed to be strict, some believe god is supposed to punish those who don't worship them. Why create a world when all he wants us to do is worship him? The god that you imagine and assume is a narcissist in that sense. Who decides that the ultimate god is a man? Does god also have gender? Some people justify their wrong doings in the name of god? If you do wrong, its fine but why do you have to do it in the name of god. Why hurt innocent women and ruin their lives in the name of god? Did god tell you to do that? Or is it just another one of gods punishment? Did we come with the religious book that you believe in? It was written way after the creation of humans. Why believe something that we don't know where it came from? Or the person who wrote it was a very good philosopher and wise man but my opinion is if god really did want us to have a guide manual with us, he would make the guide more easily accessible and within ourselves not on some paper that can be destroyed and not something stored in our memory to forget it in illness. Something easy to access to connect with us and the god. Believe in kindness. Believe that if you do good without expecting good, it will bring you good. Believe in accepting more and complaining less. Believe in helping others. Believe that if you keep your conscience clear, you will be more peaceful than a guilty mind. Instead of fighting for religion, fight for a person in need. I don't think god wants us to fight for him, god is capable enough for it. Vedas are the ultimate knowledge that every human being should know and understand to attain moksha. Vedas are the basic knowledge all humans should master.
I think it happens like in a lot of religions, God reveals knowledge, and people store it, but then modify it and what not... in the case of the Vedas I'm ignorant of how they preserved the text, I know the Quran was well preserved and there is a system to define if a text is weak or authentic... now extending the texts to stuff written by the companions of the prophet Muhammad (SAW), there is also a thing, and is the nature of the knowledge, revealed or not, true or not, I think Vedas had some good knowledge, but some which idk if was beneficial... like rituals with jinn, about this idk, If you know if the Vedas contain that it would be cool to know... since there are people who sadly also do the same and are "Muslims" (they are not because they commit sihir but they know Quran and act and dress like Muslims) and they do magic with jinns (which usually requires to give the jinn adoration in the form of rituals, which is haram because we only postrate to the one who made us, Allah (SWT)) In any case, don't take my word on the sihr stuff, I'm sorry for my ignorance and I don't want it to look like I'm making a statement, I just had that mental link but perhaps it's only my mind doing weird stuff xD, in any case, May Allah guide us all before this test ends and we can't change directly what will happen later...

Vedas are based totally on monotheistic perspectives on God. The knowledge of the Vedas has declined so people are inclined towards non vedic books written by humans. The vedas consist of the words of almighty Godand hymns and mantras which when chanted properly can generate the desired results.

Why create a world when all he wants us to do is worship him? The god that you imagine and assume is a narcissist in that sense. Who decides that the ultimate god is a man? Does god also have gender?
Some people justify their wrong doings in the name of god? If you do wrong, its fine but why do you have to do it in the name of god. Why hurt innocent women and ruin their lives in the name of god? Did god tell you to do that? Or is it just another one of gods punishment? Did we come with the religious book that you believe in? It was written way after the creation of humans. Why believe something that we don't know where it came from? Or the person who wrote it was a very good philosopher and wise man but my opinion is if god really did want us to have a guide manual with us, he would make the guide more easily accessible and within ourselves not on some paper that can be destroyed and not something stored in our memory to forget it in illness. Something easy to access to connect with us and the god. Believe in kindness. Believe that if you do good without expecting good, it will bring you good. Believe in accepting more and complaining less. Believe in helping others. Believe that if you keep your conscience clear, you will be more peaceful than a guilty mind. Instead of fighting for religion, fight for a person in need. I don't think god wants us to fight for him, god is capable enough for it.
