Just wanted to thank the Smith family for sharing Elvis stories. I know Elvis fans all over the world want to know what kind of person he was outside the entertainment industry . The Smith family has already accomplished that , so anything that’s new is a bonus ! Just wanted to show my appreciation and thank you .
When Jo is saying that Elvis was here for a purpose, the fact that he is still so prevalent in the world today, on the level of the likes of Abraham Lincoln, speaks directly to that.. There is a reason for his still being 'here' today, unlike so many 'big stars,' and I believe that reason is his effect on the human spirit. The name of Elvis Presley will be just as prominent, with the feelings, of goodness and charity, that he projects to all the people of nations around the world, in the next 50 years and beyond, as he is today, almost 50 years since his passing!
This beautiful family is so precious in the Elvis world it’s truly shocking how they are not invited to Graceland for Elvis week they were the closest people to Elvis and speak the truth. God bless you Billy & Jo , Danielle and family x ⚡️
Special request: Could you do a 30 to 45 minute episode, where you show pictures of Elvis on a laptop and have a discussion about that moment. The fans can send the photos to you. Not your privately owned photos, but using photos on the Internet.. it would be a great experience for the ELVIS fans to discuss that particular moment in time. I’ve been an Elvis fan now 47 years. Thank you.🎶🎶🎶
Ive watched the memphis mafia and other documentaries over and over and even spoke to people about their personal and familial experience going to see Elvis! Id love to experience firsthand what was going on in those photos would leave an impression on people and help them see life from Elvis’ point of view!
I really wish y'all, Riley, Harper & Finley could visit with each other. It doesn't have to be filmed, but it would be nice to know the family had spent time together ❤ Life is short & family is important.
I would to Jo! Elvis looked like his Mother, but tall like Presleys. Wish Gladys and Vernon had more boys😅 Elvis was the best looking man I've ever seen❤❤❤
Each time I hear that Billy thought he was hearing Elvis call for him after he passed my hear breaks a little. I lost my older cousin, too, he was also like a brother. You never really get over it. I'm grateful that you guys are keeping his memory alive. On a lighter note I have a question: how was Vernon as a grandpa? Was Lisa grandpas-girl the way she was daddy's-girl? What was their relationship like?
Thank you so much Billy, Jo, and Danielle for all that you do for all of us. I more than appreciate every video you make, and love all the stories. I’m sure Elvis would be beyond proud of all that you do and share with each of us. I appreciate and love you all. Take good care of yourselves! ❤❤❤
Just love to listen to how much Elvis was loved. I think it was Elvis' kindness that comes thru his eyes and radiates and shows through his soul. Bless you all for taking your time to tell of his kindness. I hear fans and others tell of all the kind deeds he did. I just saw a video where he gave $50,000 to the motion picture relief fund. He was filming Frankie & Johnny. Were either of you there? I cried just warching it. So many stories of his giving. Elvis will never be forgotten. Bless you all for giving your time time and memories.❤
Elvis gave away a lot of his money, cars, homes, etc. He gave thousands every year to charities. And Lisa Marie was the same caring & giving type of person that Elvis was. Lisa started “Presley Place” to help people that were without a home, live rent free for a year to be able to find work and save some money to be more able to afford a home, and essential living needs.
I want to sincerely say thank you with all of my heart, for doing these shows, I believe nothing that anyone even Priscilla says about Elvis, except y’all. Also thank y’all for being down to earth people instead of being biggedy, I pray that God will bless y’all, thank y’all I love and appreciate y’all!❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
I don’t believe much that Priscilla says. She has changed her stories too many times. Besides she talked bad about him when she was younger & now he’s the love of her life. I think she just used him
Yep. Pretty convince of that fact, and that she is a narcissist and only care about herself. It’s shocking that a mother will care more about herself than her child, but some do I guess, as horrible as that is. Priscilla has disgraced herself in that way it seems. 💔
Thank you, Billy, Jo and Danelle. I'm not sure you could improve on the format you are using for you videos. The relaxed casual chat is great. The questions are good and I salute your honesty and the right not to answer some personal questions about Elvis' life. I love the fact that there are parts of Elvis' life which are almost unknown. All good things to you.
Just thought I would submit a question here: How did Elvis react on hearing the news about Buddy Holly, Ritchie Valens and The Big Bopper’s plane crash. I realize it was quite some time ago 1959, but it is one of those days that will never be forgotten. People reacted very similar to Elvis’ passing. People were in shock, disbelief, sad and not able to comprehend the news. Just wondering how Elvis handled it and if he expressed his feelings to you Billy. Love your stories and sincere passion and loyalty for Elvis. ❤️
Thanks! Interesting, hopefully Billy can add a little perspective to this too. Such a sad scenario but similar to what the public experienced when Elvis passed. ❤
@@Somee989 I read that Elvis learned about it while he was over in the Army, in Germany and had Colonel Tom Parker send four wreaths to the families of them that had died. Elvis was dating Anita Wood then, not Dixie Locke Hart. This happened in 1959

I have felt that way about Elvis since the first time I saw him on TV (his many movies), and concerts in person and on TV. I listen to his music since I was very young (6 years old until now at 68), and I have numerous photos I have kept over many, many years! In person and other. I have always loved Elvis and his beautiful voice! His humor, his gorgeous face, eyes, smile, his generosity in giving, caring, his love of animals, friends, family, country… although I’m afraid he might be upset with the way things are today… 💔 But I have ALWAYS felt (seriously) that God placed Elvis here on Earth for a special reason. I don’t know if that reason was fulfilled or not, or what it truly was…. but I DO in my heart, know that Elvis was placed here for a special reason, and that Elvis was a very special human being..
Probably for legal proof of what was actually said. I remember hearing and reading book.🤮. Also heard on video that RED WEST said "WISHED HE NEVER WROTE THAT BOOK".
I love Billy's silliness and good humor! And I love how they show affection for each other. Such a special couple! Lifts my spirit when I see them and hear their great stories. Thank you for this gift of your memories you give all of us.
Ciao ragazzi. Angela
I am so glad y'all are making these videos, getting the stories out there for all of us to hear. I am fairly new to all of this despite being 50 already, just simply missed it all when growing up, and starting looking into who he is because we will be getting married at the Westgate next week and I wanted to learn about who he was. Boy I had NO IDEA how amazing of a man he was, all the social changes, the fact he basically put all the music I love so much into motion by bringing Rock n Roll to the surface, and videos like these are so appreciated. I have spent the last 8 months learning all I can, and have narrowed it down to people who were there, so I can avoid the garbage videos. What y'all are doing is so important for future fans that were not able to participate in any of this. I hope you know how special it is you can share this with us now. You are definitely helping humanize Elvis, he was a man. Its funny, I have been a musician for years, leaning into the jamband/bluegrass territory and I never noticed Elvis. I have now though, and I like to say I fell into an Elvis hole because I didn't expect the depth and layers that I have been uncovering on this new journey of discovery.
Another wonderful video, Danielle. I keep thinking how hard it must be for Billy & Jo to relive their memories. I'm so glad they think Elvis would be happy with the truth being told. There is so much out there about him that is NOT true. Times have changed. I absolutely LOVED getting to meet them in person and hearing their experiences, and yes, even that he was with many women. Of course he was -- it was silly for me to believe the myths, and I hope it gives them some peace to know they do a great service to his memory. I'm pretty sure Elvis' music IS still very high in the charts. He was a gift to us all--we were lucky to have him with us for as long as we did. Love to all of your family!
This was a fantastic video! Great job Billy, Jo, and Danielle. My heart breaks for Billy everytime Elvis's death is discussed. The pain on Billy's face is so very real. Bless you all for telling the truth and sharing Elvis the man with us. You are making Elvis very proud. God bless you all, ❤❤❤
I’m so glad Billy straightened that up about Elvis taking a bath in another video that always bothered my wife and I we loved watching all the kings men but that one part
Oh how I love your family its lovely hearing about elvis for himself not only our unique entertainer but real elvis love you all thankyou for bringing our man to us ❤❤❤
I think Danielle favors the Smith side. She and Billy have the same eyes and noses. I love how Billy & Jo comfort each other on certain question that hit to close to home and their memories
Thank you for sharing your memories. So interesting!🙂 My question is: if Elvis had suspected his home would someday become a museum, do you think he would have changed some of the decor (especially the “jungle room”)?
I so agree with Jo. I think Elvis would be so grateful that you too are telling the truth about him. These people that all talk about Elvis on Facebook and tell so many untruths just drives me crazy. I went to Graceland in early July this year and the guide we had only talked about things he was allowed to and so much that he said was not true and I only knew this because of listening to you Billy and Jo. Thank you for giving us the truth and thank you Danielle for helping your grandparents. I was 20 when Elvis past away and I was married .I wanted to go to Vegas to see him but my dear Mama said I was to young for Vegas and I always did what she said. I would of turned 21 in December of 1977 so sad I missed Elvis.
I was 20 also when Elvis died. I wanted to go to Vegas with my mom to see him but she was scared to fly. I had finally talked her into it when he died. If anything could have got her on a plane it was Elvis. I love him so much because she did. She took me to see him any time he came to Dallas/Ft Worth
Really enjoyed listening to this Session. Appreciate your honesty & genuiness Billy & Jo! I think Billy's right when he said it was an Equal Blend Elvis had likeness of his Father & Mother you see it in different expressions of his in photos & film over the years. There's a photo of Vernon when young man with Gladys, he is fair haired & his expression is one you see Elvis had at times. Even Lisa as a child like her Grandpa too. I think Elvis eyes like his Mother & maybe his temperant from what others who knew them back then observed.(Lamar etc). Guess when his hair dyed black he looked more like his mother. Like all families there's similarities in different ways looks & personality. Thankyou for all your time & effort Danielle making these videos, just know it's appreciated very much🌻.
QUESTION: What was it like around Graceland 3 to 4 months after Elvis pasted and who all was still there? Thank you all for loving and telling your true stories about him and also getting to know you both. Thank you
Wish Billy and Jo could make a movie of life with Elvis. I feel like we could get the true story. I’ve probably seen all of them and I’m pretty sure there was more to him than the movies portray
And the movie Priscilla released made Elvis look bad…. And for that reason alone, I will NEVER watch it, or read her books. I understand that she is going to release yet another book? 🤷🏻♀️ How many repeats of her first book and movies does she need to release??!! I think she’s just needing more and more money and ATTENTION‼️
EFM: would you ever consider doing a “myth buster” video? I mean have the questions organized by topic then just straight answer ( not necessarily give more feedback), just straight fact checking questions?
I think Elvis would be proud that we are learning about Elvis the man, like he said it's very hard to live up to an image, after all he was just a man . Thank you so much for bringing the real person to us. I think I might have ask the question about how many homes Elvis owned before he got married, i meant the ones he owned in California. Thanks for another great video.
I just found you guys again. I unplugged so to speak years ago off Facebook where I used to stay in touch with you Danielle and your Daddy and Dakota and so on and our daughters even sent a letter and drawings once to each other. I'm so enjoying these videos! So so happy you guys are doing this. It's a damn shame EPE hasn't taken advantage of these wonderful and candid stories about E. I've subscribed and am having a marathon binge watching these. Also i remember us messaging each other and me telling how much you resembled the Smith side. God bless y'all, Billy & Jo keeping it real.... Love it. Preach, tell it y'all! ❤❤
Thought I would put in my two cents. I think a lot of people, myself included sometimes forget that Elvis didn’t have black hair. In my opinion Billy and Elvis looked alike when they were both younger. Stay well.
Regarding Robert Goulet, what I think happened is that while Elvis was in Army, Anita W. was on the same show with Robert G. Anita wrote a letter to Elvis and Robert added a comment something to the effect, that I'll take good care of her." Elvis never forgot that and then years later Elvis saw Robert on TV and took his gun out and shot the TV.
Good Morning Danielle, Jo & Billy - Hope you all have a great Sunday and great week , and as always be safe! Great video as always! Loved the questions about the horses and stables! Love hearing diff stories like that :) I agree with what you say 100% Danielle, about the media blurbing news of celeb's passing, not knowing if family and close friends know! I know i would be devistated if i heard on the news a family member or close friend had passed ! Imagine how that news would have spread today! Thank you for all you do and sharing these moments with us! Love ya'll ! Charlie
I’m only 5 minutes in so I haven’t heard all the comments but someone on a previous video recommended the book Child Bride and omg it’s so good! Definitely brings to light a lot of things! Every Elvis fan should read it!
Did Billy know that was Elvis’s childhood bicycle hanging in the shed at Graceland? Or was Elvis the only one that knew. It must have been so sentimental to Elvis. I got to walk right up to it and take pictures but nobody ever knew that was Elvis’s bicycle.
Hello to all the Smith family, Thank you for this lovely video. I hope you know how much this means to us fans, you bring us closer to Elvis. Ms. Danielle you look just so beautiful in that color top. ❤❤❤ Grace and Alain from Canada

I hope y’all read my comments! I really love and appreciate y’all so much and what y’all do! Y’all are like family, if you don’t mind me saying!🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I love these videos. Youre exactly right, losing someone you love it horrible. Ibwill never be over it just have to live thur it. Some days I feel death would be easier than being left behind because it so hard, but God takes care of us and walks with me everyday. Thanks you three for giving of your time and letting me learn more about such a special man.
Thank you for answering my question about horses!♥🐎It's amazing to hear all of your stories about Elvis - so much appreciated! I whish you all a blessed Sunday!🌞
The Beatles tried to visit Elvis at Graceland, but he wasn't here in Memphis at the time. He was in Hollywood. They ended up finding Vernon's house on Dolan and knocking on the door. Vernon and the Stanley boys informed them that Elvis was in L.A.
I think Elvis would be really proud of y’all, especially since y’all tell the truth about him! I am also going to give my opinion about the fact that I don’t think that the upstairs of Graceland should ever be opened to the public! That was the only place where Elvis could go to have privacy, peace, and be in his own private place!
QUESTION PLEASE💙⚡️.... if Lisa Marie had been in control of Graceland from earlier on do you think it would be as commercialized as it is today? I believe she would have been more interested in keeping her father's memory alive as he lived and less about money? I would appreciate your thoughts. THANK YOU ⚡️💙
I think so too! It's a shame she wasn't interested in the running of it. I kind of understand that she was married and busy raising her children for so many years, but then spent a few years with addiction and then the suicide of Ben and fighting for custody and the money grab by Lockwood that continued up to her death😢 She had so many things going on and it would've taken up so much of her time that she wanted to spend every minute with her children. Especially after Ben's death. But at least she put a stop to Pricillas and her thief of the other trustee as well robbing her blind! Before she died, she'd just started working with Joel and doing appearances at Graceland. It's just a shame of everything in her life was tragic after Elvis died personally. 😢 Of course Pricilla picked up where she left off suing the estate and extorting Lisa's daughter to get more money and the right to be buried at Graceland! 😢😢 I believe if she's buried anywhere near Elvis they will lose even More Elvis fans on top of the ones they've lost because of greed for money! They've priced us working people out of being able to go! 😢
@@sandralybrand9425I don't think she was ever *encouraged* to take control. Priscilla has always wanted to be in control and be the face of Graceland. The other factor here, if Lisa had a loving and nurturing mother and hadn't been cut off from extended family on her father's side after Elvis passed, I believe her life wouldn't have been as difficult.
Billy Stanley interviewed on RUclips said during the Beatles first tour in the United States in 1964, the Beatles pulled up to the Graceland gate to see Elvis. Billy said that the gate keeper told them to drive around back to see his father Vernon. Billy said Vernon told the Beatles and their manager that Elvis was in California filming. The next year in 1965 as you witnessed, the Beatles visited Elvis in his California home.
Thanks for all your stories. Love you guys. I am just wondering if you heard any stories about John Smith Presley who was adopted by Gladys's brother and claims to be Elvis's son. There is a book to be released, followed by a movie. He is backing this up with DNA and other evidence. On another note, Elvis's appearance is a good mix between his dad and mom, however, in his much younger years, he looked more like his mom. Thanks so much!
I love this channel because of Billy and Jo always being honest. I've been a fan of Elvis since the 50's, and I always will be. I love his music, movies, his heart, and his handsome face! I wanted to add my opinion on who I think Elvis favored in his looks. I think he favored his Mom. I saw a few genealogy pictures of Gladys' parents and they were very nice looking people. Not sayin' the Presley family isn't as Vernon was handsome.
Hi. Just wondering where EXACTLY was the jacuzzi located in the upstairs of Elvis' racquetball building? I have a copy of the blueprints and have been trying to make sense of the layout for almost two years now. Thanks!
Larry was with Elvis on tour. There are pictures of him. Marty Lacker said Larry left for a while a few years. Hard to believe it's true because Marty didn't like Larry.
@@randyharris3175 In 3/67 Elvis fell in the bathroom and sustained a concussion. Parker to advantage of that and made some changes. One of the people that was forced to leave was Larry G. Larry G. returned I think around mid-70s. (I think)
@@vicki6070 Don't know about that I know Parker made no changes as far as his personal friends. Elvis made the choices so that part is false. Hell if Parker had his way he would have got rid of all of them. Marty Lacker also said Elvis fired Joe for awhile and begged to come back. I think Billy Smith would know the truth.
QUESTION,Hi Danielle, thank you for all you do in getting these videos out to us all 🙏 we are getting the truth from Billy&Jo which is what we all need to hear, also from Linda&Sam Thompson, they too speak the truth about everything to do with Elvis.I dream one day to meet them all,I have written a film called Flowers For Summers and I intend for them all to play a big part in that film if I can ever get it made. This is a big question and I am not sure if you would want to ask it,but for me it seems with Lisa’s clear financial position she was forced to promote the Elvis movie, she wasn’t well enough/ready to be out in the public domain (she was rumoured to have had stomach surgery as she had gained a lot of weight being home, and wanted/had to lose weight to promote the film) do they think this is possibly the case? Also nobody is talking about what financially Lisa got from promoting the film, the film was rubbish,Austin’s acting as Elvis was great, but the film itself was a poor portrayal of the greatest entertainer ever!!Something was off with it because Lisa said it was great, yet most said it wasn’t,so was it just for the money because she was kind of broke?Love to know both their honest opinions 🙏🙏

Enjoy the journey! 😊
God bless you all, ❤❤❤
Thanks for another interesting episode. I am 67 and have been a fan my entire life. I hope someday Riley decides to meet her Smith relatives.
So interesting!🙂
My question is: if Elvis had suspected his home would someday become a museum, do you think he would have changed some of the decor (especially the “jungle room”)?
You guys are such an inspiration! You show people that real love & a long Happy Marriage can happen! ❤
Lovely to see you all so happy and laughing and Billy I love your t shirt so can I please have it 😂😂😂😂
I will pay for postage to Uk 🤪
Love your videos I have cancer and it makes my day to watch MFM
Really enjoyed listening to this Session. Appreciate your honesty & genuiness Billy & Jo! I think Billy's right when he said it was an Equal Blend Elvis had likeness of his Father & Mother you see it in different expressions of his in photos & film over the years. There's a photo of Vernon when young man with Gladys, he is fair haired &
his expression is one you see Elvis had at times.
Enjoyed your video today...Always enjoy them but maybe feeling a little more emotional about the subject ...❤️❤️❤️
Love to watch you, your wife and Danniel
QUESTION: What was it like around Graceland 3 to 4 months after Elvis pasted and who all was still there? Thank you all for loving and telling your true stories about him and also getting to know you both. Thank you
I loved this episode! Please do more like this. I could actually feel how silly and funny Elvis was. I lol. Thank you again.
YES!!! I agree!! LOVE THIS ONE!!❤❤❤
Wish Billy and Jo could make a movie of life with Elvis. I feel like we could get the true story. I’ve probably seen all of them and I’m pretty sure there was more to him than the movies portray
I so agree with you😊
And the movie Priscilla released made Elvis look bad…. And for that reason alone, I will NEVER watch it, or read her books. I understand that she is going to release yet another book? 🤷🏻♀️ How many repeats of her first book and movies does she need to release??!! I think she’s just needing more and more money and ATTENTION‼️
The dues has said, Elvis did have enough putting his back to the fans
I enjoy this channel because I see Elvis in Billy. A Prankster, silly, and joyful.. Thank you Billy and Wife for keeping Elvis alive.!!!!
❤ Spencer NC - memories of the 50’s !
Thank you for being so open and honest with your thoughts and feelings.
I love your channel god bless you two telling us about Elvis ,,,If Elvis was alive today do y’all think he would come on your channel!!⁉️⁉️
Love 💕 LOVE THIS LONG EPISODE!!! Please do more of these!! ❤❤❤
Thank you Smith family I really enjoy these videos ❤
Thought I would put in my two cents. I think a lot of people, myself included sometimes forget that Elvis didn’t have black hair. In my opinion Billy and Elvis looked alike when they were both younger. Stay well.
At 41 Elvis had "snow white beautiful hair" Ronny Tutt.
@@Somee989I’ve heard that. I can only imagine having snowy white hair with that fabulous face!
I see Elvis in Billy now especially in the eyes Ive said this a while ago
Charlie
I hope that you can appreciate how much I enjoy your presentations!🌹
Loved this video today.
I just seen Laney on your Dad's channel! She's so grown up now. She's so pretty.
Hello to all the Smith family, Thank you for this lovely video. I hope you know how much this means to us fans, you bring us closer to Elvis. Ms. Danielle you look just so beautiful in that color top. ❤❤❤ Grace and Alain from Canada
Love all the stories you tell happy and sad you all a lovely family never change ❤️ 😊
Thanks for your stories
Love all of you all great people true stories of elvis ❤❤❤
I look forward to your videos every week! Thank you all!
Love Billy and Jo. Younare real and down to earth.
Thank you so much. This was so much fun.
Yes! Danielle does look like Gladys. If her hair was dark... she'd almost be a clone of Gladys. Both beautiful. ❤
Yes, you can see a resemblance but in a lighter hair color. I bet if Danielle were to perm and darken her hair, it would be close.
I think Danielle resembles Lisa too.
GOD BLESS, the entire SMITH FAMILY....... thank you for sharing your memories....... lot's of love and best wishes, from Houston...... take care. 🍀⭐🍀
Can watch yall for hours. Thank you for sharing your memories. Love your family. In this format you can tell that yall are so honest

ELVIS FANS MATTER ❣️
I enjoyed this. I hope you guys are doing well. Its good to see you guys crack me up.
The Beatles tried to visit Elvis at Graceland, but he wasn't here in Memphis at the time. He was in Hollywood.
They ended up finding Vernon's house on Dolan and knocking on the door. Vernon and the Stanley boys informed them that Elvis was in L.A.
Guess Billy didn't know that.Billy Stanley told that story.
I keep hearing Priscilla put a lien on Graceland before Elvis died what's the truth.
I believe Elvis had more features from his beautiful mother.
The sideburn pictures that someone mentioned was from the June 1972 New York press conference. It’s easy to tell. 😊
Hi y’all,
Looks like Billy and Jo know something about Elvis’ sideburns but they ain’t telling. 😆
I agree Lisa was not about money but i also think she stepped back and let the business minded take over
@@sandralybrand9425I don't think she was ever *encouraged* to take control. Priscilla has always wanted to be in control and be the face of Graceland. The other factor here, if Lisa had a loving and nurturing mother and hadn't been cut off from extended family on her father's side after Elvis passed, I believe her life wouldn't have been as difficult.
Billy, is it true that Priscilla would not allow Linda Thompson to fly on the Lisa Marie to attend Elvis’ funeral?
It sure is.
Thanks!
Yes the New Madrid Fault
Billy & Jo was E's Wedding Ring ever Found?
If Larry Geller wasn’t with Elvis in Memphis or on tour, who did Elvis’s hair for him, and was he with Elvis in Las Vegas?
I think Elvis looked a lot like his Father but has his Mother’s smile. I also think Danny look’s Jo & Joey look’s like Billy!!!
Hugs
