Our bathroom has more plants than towels. My wife has plants everywhere. I love it, its like taking a shower in a jungle LOL. Great video thanks for sharing
And he said he didn’t have an eye for interior decorating...lies!!! Lol on a serious note though, this is a beautiful way to upscale a small bathroom and with the color scheme and decorative elements he chose, it gives off an elegant, manly vibe. Well done Kevin 👍🏽👍🏽
Botanical inspired bathroom design. is just simply amazing ! I absolutely love how the wooden shelves look on the grey and how the black hanging baskets look on the white tiles. Great choices 👍.
Made my morning better watching this video...and yep, I hopped over to Amazon & ordered my very own propagation station, small pots & an assortment of miniature ferns - the pots & ferns will be added to Christmas gifts. Thanks so much!
If you replace the mirror with a larger one, you will be surprised at how much bigger the room feels! I just renovated a small bathroom and it seems almost twice as large with a bigger mirror. Keep up the great work- I look forward to your videos.
I never thought a bathroom could look so relaxing! Makes me wish I could do a transformation like this to my bathroom, but it gets no natural light - will just have to stick with the courtyard garden!
@@kitariki If you have decent outlet access and don't mind the light shift and having them on all the time, grow lights work alright... but only "alright." I found that ferns and the other "should like this humidity" plants I chose didn't like the intensity of the grow light in such a small space. (I don't have natural light right now, but only have a single outlet in the bathroom, and it's not positioned in a place that would make installing a grow light possible, so I just sulk. 😂 )
All plants need light so your best options are using a moss artwork or plastic plants. If you really want living plants, replace your normal light with a grow light.
I love how the little ferns and tubes made the space look bigger and more inviting. I might have to try that. Maybe orchids with my north facing skylight?
Wow I did not think one could do that much in such a small space but I was pleasantly surprised by the end of the video! It's almost magical how a simple plant or two can bring a space to life so much. ❤️

I loooove this makeover! The house I moved into had mint growing out of the lawn :S so I yanked some, put it in a little pot and have that on my shower window ledge and they do great there! I water them with my shower head while waiting for the water to heat up. :)
Thanks for the practicals for plants in a tiny bathroom. Our bathroom is tiny as well and plants will be a great addition as we are remodeling it very soon.
Half of my plants live in my bathroom, after seeing your pothos in the tub Im gonna have to do that for a couple of mine as well. Thank you for the fantastic ideas.
Looks great, nice and bright with the white... great idea to integrate "cutting stations" ...never thought of that, I have a bathroom with a west facing window in the shower just begging for this kind of setup. The green of the plants and the warm tones of the wood really set your bathroom off. Great vid!
I just love everything about you! Your homestead, your hard work, and your freaking amazing gardening, so awesome! Keep smiling! All the best in the future!
Ugh, jealous. We have no windows in our bathroom-just whatever light manages to get through the bedroom, from the living room. (Loft living, sigh.) We do have one of those Nebia shower heads. It's SUCH a fantastic shower head - I know people balk at the price, but so worth it. Cannot emphasize enough, especially if you're someone with sensitive skin who can have days where water droplets feel like stabby stabby spikes. The overhead "rainhead" creates such a gentle mist; you will still 100% get wet, but it won't hurt while you do it.
@@NebiaShower Absolutely. If I were your marketing team, I'd strongly consider adding language about how it's good for sensitive/inflamed skin, as well as think about endorsements from disabled folks with skin sensitivities and organizations (disability oriented or medical). We're a pretty overlooked group of people, even though it's a symptom of a lot of disorders and diseases. 😉 And I can tell you firsthand that it's really difficult to find products aimed at sensitive skin; the gentleness of the rain feature is absolutely what sold me on trying the product (as well as your generous return policy, should it have not worked out).
@@epicgardening That's really great for folks who have to pay water to know!
