- In today's video I take a look back at my journey with the Mavic air 2 after a couple of years of flying. I share some of my thoughts and compare it to the newest models like the Mavic mini 3 pro, the inspire series... and hope to give you some insight into what might fit best for you if your on the market for a drone.

I have this. Picked it up about a week ago it’s definitely worth every penny. The 48mp photos I take are mind blowing. Sport mode is fun too this thing is so fast. I’m still learning how to take the best photos when there’s a lot of sun
Exactly! Im glad you enjoy it, I’d highly recommend throwing on some polarizing or ND filters on it and try to avoid any high contrast scenarios!

I got my DJI mavic air 2 fly more combo with Nd filters for 300 usd!

Speaking of drones, I film everything in my channel with Mavic Air 2 and DJI FPV and I find it also still very valid in 2022. Nice material! PS. They advise to open the propellers for the start in order to spare the engines ;) I also don't think there's anything like Mavic 3 Pro ;) - there's either Mavic 3 or Mini 3 Pro, but got your points!
Just picked it up with the fly more kit in their black Friday deal for £649, with all the firmware updates its had over the last 2 years which has kept it up to date with some current models it was an absolute bargain.

Just got a used Air 2 for 350€

It's stable in strong gusts whereas the lighter mini weight causes drift ant range does not always succeed in returning due to wind.........The air 2 is better because you get it back with rth 99%.
Also photophobia and 4g video is glitch free as long as your away fro power calls and cell towers.....Remember Never FLY Your Mavic air2 over people and houses. It's a +245gram brick if it comes down....Haven't had that problem, in 2 years in September Ave had no range failures,keep an eye on your battery and always fly into the incoming wind...

Even now the air 2 is worth it. I disagree that this is for beginners. The price point makes it risky for a beginner to fly.

@@jamdungdrones2424 I think you didn't listen to the second sentence where he said: that he "didn't think this was for beginners". Meaning - it's NOT a beginners drone, but that it's a very good drone for beginners. Anyone can use fly it! It's that easy!
@@stephensmith60 I heard the second sentence as well. However, you cant be on both sides at once. Additionally, what you dont seem to understand is that a drone being easy to fly alone doesnt qualify it as a beginner drone. Check any channel on here and you will see that price point is a factor that cannot be ignored.
