  • We visited the National Warplane Museum in Geneseo, NY. We expected to be there for an hour or so and ended up spending over THREE hours there! There was so much to see and learn about. The museum is open year round and only cost $10 for admission. The second weekend of July they have a huge airshow with warplanes coming in from all over. You can even pay to fly on Whiskey 7, the lead plane from the second wave of paratroopers on D-Day.

I am curious. Is the Antonov AN2 Polish with the N number N87AN? Also great to see a Lark 100. They look like a Cessna 272, but are faster in cruise.

Unfortunately, I'm not sure about the number on the Antonov. I looked back at all my footage and it doesn't look like I have any where I can read it. I looked on the museum's website but I couldn't make out the number there either. Sorry!!
