Aside from the crap his Truck series team gets, does anybody remember after he wrecked Ron at Texas, the next year he offered Ron to drive one of his trucks?
Hating to lose more than you love to win definitely helps you become great at something. However there's a good and bad way of going about it. Just saying that you hate to lose doesnt justify your whining or crying about it when it happens. Kobe Bryant, Tom Brady, etc, some of the worlds greatest champions ALL hate to lose more than they love to win yet theyre respected by millions because they know HOW to go about themselves when they lose. Kyle Busch to this day is still a horrible loser, despite the reasoning behind it being something everybody can understand. Which is why people naturally do not like him, despite being able to respect his great driving ability.
People whine about drivers needing personality, Kyle Busch has personality and they whine about that as well, all while loving people with absolutely no character, like Chase Elliott.
@@Kilz78 He's not. Chase has all the personality of a piece of cardboard, as does a lot of the new generation of drivers. They've grown up being so groomed with how to talk in front of cameras and how to mention sponsors, that by the time they get to Cup they often don't have much personality left. Thankfully we have guys like Blaney, Bowman, and Bubba who know how to live a little, and it's why guys like the Busch brothers are so important to the sport.
