The house is very beautiful and airy
The layout is almost perfect. Only... the car stand behind the window of a bedroom isn't at all a healthy choice. Imagine airing when you have to breathe all night those car-accompanying chemicals and smell...
I'd move the master bathroom to the wall that borders with the kitchen, placing the laundry set in the corridor at the wall adjacent to this bathroom. That would bring more logic to the water and sewerage pipe lines, and also let move the window in the master bedroom to the released back wall.

Generally a good layout. It needs a place to hang coats near the entry. I'm pleased that the living room wasn't cluttered with a fireplace. I'd eliminate the kitchen peninsula to make room for a full sized table, and I'd put louvered doors on the laundry closet. There's no pantry, but at least there's a big storage area in the carport!
The simple footprint would cut building costs and if I were to build this, I would eliminate the outside gables with a hip roof. It has a very big kitchen for such a small house so I would probably take the eating bar out and have a bit more room for a table and chairs. But, I love the front porch. I guess the hot water heater could go in the storage off the carport. Might take a while for hot water to get to the bathrooms though.
