Generally you need at least 4 feet between the cabinet with the sink and a bar/cabinet to move easily so I would have to move the bar area toward the living room a bit. I would also center the sink under the window (just for my OCD self). I'm not a fan of the huge vent over the stove so I would probably put the stove/oven in the bar area with a down vent that retracts. But I really like the plan overall and the outdoor spaces.

With just a couple of minor modifications I could like this plan! The cabinet inside the entry could be modified to be a place to hang coats. One accent wall of stone is sufficient in the living room. The second sink in the kitchen could be eliminated to allow more counter space, though the pantry helps. Overall, this is well designed.

Pretty home. I really like the master bedroom with that bathroom and walk in closet. I would personally like a side by side washer/dryer, so would make minor modifications. How many sq. feet is this home?

Nice floor plan. How many sq ft is this home, please? Are your plans in cm? Kitchen prep space is slightly limited but with the butlers pantry I would only have a coffeee maker and toaster on the counter tops. Love the master suite but getting heat and AC to the room may be challenging. No place for a wood stove. I do like living and dining rooms. Laundry room is a bit small. Bedrooms are ok. Not a fan of furniture pieces being closets.
