Good design - functional and visually interesting - I like that the front door comes in from the side of the living room, rather than in the center, as most do, but I'd add a coat/boot rack near the entry. I prefer a "mud room" with a back door to be able to enter and to remove wet/dirty clothing (and wet dogs!) before coming into the clean part of the house, so I would move the back door to the laundry room (or add a door there, but that seems excessive). The roofline and building are not simple, so there are compromises there, but the visual effect is quite nice, so worth the price of admission.
Most houses in my country do not have a tub. However, you could consider converting the shower area into a shower-tub combo if you want a tub. Additionally, not many people here own their own car. But, if needed, you can build a dedicated carport on either side of the house or even at the front, depending on your lot size. I'll leave it to the viewers' artistic imagination. This is just a concept and can be modified according to individual needs. Thank you. ☺☺
why are you making it so complicated. This is a complex house from A to Z. That costs to make edges and triple roofs. And you loose too much place when deviating from a rectangular shape.
