WOW!!!! I have been diagnosed with military induced PTSD. I have been attending VA counciling for three years but got more from this "podcast" than all of those sessions. I look forward to the future episodes and the possibility of working through issues instead of, or along with, medicating.

I listened to this podcast 2 1/2 years ago and it changed my life. My husband suffered a lot as an adult due to a very hard childhood. I listened to this podcast and just had to have Mike counsel my husband Crazy we called Mike my husband John had an interview with him and they immediately became friends and Mike said yes he would help John. Over the following year my husband became a totally different man. Kinder more patient asked for forgiveness from a couple children He was way happier funner to be around ,worked harder was more positive I fell in love with my husband all over again our relationship was so much better - on August 25th Mike was on a zoom counseling meeting with John and Mike had told him it would probably be his last one because he felt John was complete and doing well - my husband ended up passing away later that day of a massive heart attack.
As sad as it is I now a year after look back and am so grateful for Mike. My husband and I were so in love again and we had an amazing year before he passed. I thank God for that chance and for Mike to help my husband have so much peace and happiness before he passed. ❤.
There is something great about being education by educator but there is someone even more powerful and great to be educated your self
Just to add something simple that happened to me. I would go into a person office that I needed to give them some info. They never stopped working on their computer the entire time I spoke. I began to not talk to them until they stopped doing whatever they were doing. When I became a “boss” and someone came in my office to talk about anything, I would ask them to wait just a moment so I could finish whatever I was doing and then I would give them 100% of my focus. It meant the world to them. Hope this helps someone.

I've been listening to different self help approaches for years and am seriously intrigued by Mike's work. Especially after knowing that my cousin's life was saved by hypnotherapy after having to witness her 11 year old sister and 11 month old son being stabbed to death by the father of her son and her barely making it out alive herself. She was so suicidal after this event that she was fortunate enough to be saved by having those horrific memories adjusted through hypnotherapy and as of today has a happy marriage with two beautiful children. I believe this could be my last hope and am going to look into it a lot more. After 52 years it's become incredibly hard to remember a time in my life where I wasn't broken in one way or another and wonder why after all this time it seems I've not accomplished anything positive and continue to fail. Now it seems to be passing on to my 12 year old daughter and do not want her to have to endure the same.
You give me hope to be a better position. I Thank you so much for that God bless you and your family

I use to deal with things a lot and a lot of my realizations with showing love to others and listening to other’s and even myself was when I got closer to God. I was always prideful and resenting that when I learned to take a step back look at it and process it that things became I lot easier. One key thing that resinated with me was learning slow to speak quick to listen. It help a lot with my delivery on things without any judgment or condescending answers. Also learning if it’s getting hard or not going right to take 5 meaning minutes and come back to it. That famous saying let’s take a breather. Awesome video guys and I can’t wait for the next one because I’m all about learning even more to help better my life in work/family/wife and overall health. Be blessed guys 🇺🇸
I have always known that I had PTSD from deployments but never admitted it. I have always looked for ways to self cure through reading and videos however, This series has helped more than anything I have read or watched. Thank you guys. I ordered Mike’s book. Stoked and will share with my teammates so they can heal as well! God Bless and keep doing God’s work !!
Thank you for your service and I suffer from PTSD from childhood traumas I'm hoping this helps me because I've been struggling with this for close to 40 years and it sucks I'd also like to help my brother who came back from his third deployment to the litter box as he calls it he's not the same and I'd love to have him normal again
Wow Heavy I felt that when I was at the shop that's why I took the trucks outside the shop... But I completely understand that you had plans and not enough time ...but I completely understand not having enough time not let that moment judge anyone. Do you think Mike could help a multiple sclerosis diagnosis??? I was diagnosed in October of 2021. I'm missing work due to my illness to where I'm not getting a paycheck. And we know in the time we're in, we're at a paycheck to paycheck survival mode more then ever. I've been approved for a stem cell transplant in the cayman island, but is 25K. Which in the long run financial is more practical, but do dangerous you have to write a week and day by to live one's before. I played semi pro football 4 years ago to now I run out of breath waking up the stairs... this isn't living and I'm liking for anything to get my life back.

This sounds like some thing I have I'm killing my self by fighting. With my self Mike I have multiple debates that come out and fight with my family and cant Renner and it is getting worse is there any thing I can do for my self please ?

Im easy going and yet im ignored trust me I feel ya. My brother has robbed my mother, my uncle, my grandmother on the Alvarado side and me multiple times and yet anytime im near family they say hows shawn.. Wow it hurts so i gave up. Why look out for people who just keep forgiving a thief and all because i dont look like my father I have been forgotten. I forgive him for all that he has taken from me but almost 300k from our mother im done and my mom wont even say the exact number she just keeps saying he didn't mean two😳 over 30 ounces of gold as well from her grandfather he is a prime example of a heroin addict and family just says oh its mainly methadone he stopped slamming it wtf😳 All I wanted was to buy my mother's house and let her live here for free. My brother threatened to kill himself so she said no and left my wedding to go give my brother another 75k wtf. She is loosing the house I grew up in and I have to let her now. She didn't pay a dime for our wedding and left before we said our vows for him. God clearly wants another plan for us I must let her live in the whole she dug I cant help someone who doesn't want it. My brother shawn has ruined her life and she wont even stop. I pay her just to give the cash to my brother so its time for me to look out for my own family. I pray this is what god wants am I a bad son? Im soo lost and confused on her thinking but her voices tell her what to do and my wife has had enough and now that im clean from smoking pot Im done as well. Please does anyone have any advice or understand this situation I risk loosing my wife or my mother what do I do?
