    3:27 You are taking me back to our family trip in Andhra Pradesh (Tirupati). Everybody in the hotel's restaurant stopped eating when that Gobi Manchurian made its sizzling theatrical entrance. A proper head turner.

    First time seeing ketchup in an Indian dish

      Gobi Manchurian is an Indo-Chinese dish that I discovered when travelling in NE/E of India. A good ketchup is fastest way to make this. Not sure if you can replace with a sweetened tomato purée. You could make 2 versions and test.

      I've seen ketchup all over the world. Heinz is the best! Nothing better that Ketchup sandwiches; white Hovis medium slice with anchor butter or if you've gone to Jersey, some salted jersey butter! Bosh!

      They were par-fried balls,
      (balls made with Cabbage, Carrot, Potato, Green Pepper, Plain Flour & Corn Flour).
