Compared to what we see on here, I give the first one a pass. They weren't at risk of damaging life or property and they weren't unreasonably holding traffic up. Everyone has their moments.

I got into a similar argument with a guy throwing his rubbish out the window. Called him what he was, a dickhead, and he immediately started fronting as if he was going to beat the shit out of me. I didn't front up myself but the fucker shrank when he realised I wasn't scared of him.

Pretty much exactly what I came here to say. And he did give way to the car that was on the roundabout before him (the silver Nissan). Everyone else after that was in the wrong.
The last clip was excruciating for me to watch. Kudos to the driver behind the camera for such amazing patience.

That's nw Sydney, and in that part of the world it is hard for motorists to turn the wheel sufficiently. Out that way, i watch drivers using the slip lanes behind me, and they enter the carriageway with one wheel in each lane, because they're just not paying attention to car control. Then they just waft over to the right lane because it requires the least correction.

This is Victoria, but in WA green means the second year of probation. First year Ps are red.

That said, while they are useless drivers, the other cars should have been giving way to them from 13:44 as they were now in the roundabout and you must give way to any vehicle already in the roundabout when entering, just coming from their right does not give anyone "right of way" (which doesnt actually exist in AU traffic law, only the requirement to "give way" does).
It does actually if you look it up ,if somebody is already on the roundabout and you are approaching and not yet on you must give way to the vehicle in front on r bout!
Roundabouts are controlled by give-way signs, which means you give way to those already in the roundabout which the silver car did not.
@@Sathzur I agree that they screwed up in the first place and failed to give way but once they were in the roundabout, the cars that followed who would have entered after the initial screw up would have been required to give way to them.

People normally get most of their driving lessons from their parents, so they just end up learning their parents bad habits and misunderstanding of road rules. And the actual rules tests are stupidly easy and don't cover nearly enough.
So many drivers who wont be having a good Christmas due to their own poor decisions.
And the panel beaters who wont be going hungry over the summer.

When I see people crossing double solid lines to do a U-turn, I politely tell them that's 3 demerits and a $300 fine all while not giving them any room, making sure to block them in. 😂
I'm surprised a Tesla even let the driver do that. I'm betting all sorts of alarms were going off in that car, and the driver still chose to ignore them.
