W212 E-CLASS FRONT DOOR PANEL REMOVAL - DIY - SO EASY!!

Remove W212 Front Door Panel!
This video will show you how to remove the front driver's side door panel on the Mercedes E-Class W212. This applies to following E-Class models built from 2010-2016:
E350 door panel removal
E550 door panel removal
E63 door panel removal
You will need the following tools to complete this job:
T27 bit
Door card removal tool
plastic pry tool
needle nose pliers (option)
Steps to remove the W212 door card:
1) roll window all the way down - if possible
2) remove trim piece under door card arm-rest using pry tool
3) remove 2 T-27 Torx bolts
4) remove Tweeter cover
5) remove window frame cover
6) remove plastic tab using needle nose pliers. Remove center plastic piece, rotate 180 degrees, reinstall, and then remove plastic tab
7) apply pressure to door panel to release plastic door panel clips that hold door card to door.
8) remove all plugs and w212 door handle.
9) remove door card - you're done!

I found the torx screws to be 30. 27 was a little loose

Mercedes needs their butt kicked for faulty wood trim design (fading) within a door paneling setup where wood panel strips are bolted onto the door main panel. double trouble pain in the ass to repair
