As stated in the description, this property sold over two years ago. This was almost 5 acres on a highly desired lake in one of the most sought after communities in Alaska. Willow. Very little value was given to the cabin. This same property would be much higher priced now. Not so much for your benefit, but for all who may read your comment and think the same thing. Lakefront property on the road system in The Matanuska Valley in Alaska is always going to command higher prices than vacant land anywhere else. And chances are it won't even make it into active status in the MLS before it is sold sometimes with multiple offers. For anyone reading this that might be thinking of buying lakefront or any property in Alaska that is on the road system, have cash ready, or get preapproved for a loan before you start looking. If you don't, someone who has already done that already will beat you out with their offer every time, a scenario I have seen happen many times. They aren't making any more lakefront property in Alaska. Sometimes it is held onto for generations by the owners, and it almost never comes for sale. When it does, it won't be Miami prices, it will be "Welcome to Alaska" prices. Thank you for your comment. And I hope this helps people understand.
