Good video, love my eride pro ss 2.0 only down side they could have done better, add break lights n turn signal lights. Other then that great bike fast and fun

But... according to most people they'd say its a motorbike, seems to me its the affordable version of the Stark Varg.
It seems like a Surron that's had all the power upgrades done to it and needs little else doing to it, other than maybe personal touches here & there - for stock it's got blisteringly fast take-off speed, I love it!

Out of curiosity, Dave, does that bike come with a title or a certificate of origin as I would need to register it in New Hampshire anything over 750 W cannot be on the road and without pedals, it would be in question. In fact anything over 750 W cannot have pedals if it has pedals they cannot be functioning as the old mopeds had pedals to start them, but they actually didn’t pedal the bike. Those are allowed. I don’t know what idiot makes up these laws.
Yes you could get one from E-Ride.. I've heard some succesffully doing it.
I'm in maine but I have the same questions. ID even be happy if it was ok on trails even if I couldn't ride the roads. Just having some area that you can enjoy the bike risk free would be great

The 750w rule applies to just about every state in the USA. Everyone is riding illegally because the laws around these types of bikes has not been created yet.
Awesome trail dirt bike ,2mph. balance & full power, crawl up any grade you can hang onto the bike! almost a trials bike incredible! I have 56 years dirt & street! almost no maintenance compared to gas!

In designing some new batteries for the E-ride we of course decided to dig around in the stock battery. I figured this would be good information to drop here.
The stock battery is a 20s8p battery which actually is a fairly good stack. The problem we found is the cell choice. The stock battery includes Samsung 50E cells. These cells are great for low current applications but pretty terrible for a dirt bike. 9.8a continuous per cell as compared to our house favorite the Molicel p42a at 35-45 amps.
This means stock batteries are only rated for 78.4a continuous or 5.64kw. I have noticed that often they will not recharge right away after a medium heavy ride due to over heating, the stock connectors melt often and the battery case is made of a thin plastic.
We’re working on getting out fully stock fitting batteries that increase range significantly, offer 4-6 times the power output (depending on trim level), utilize a high quality, no melt connector and actually come in a powder coated steel case unlike the stock plastic case.

what they are rating and what the controller is requesting are two different items. I've spoke with some very skilled people in the industry and for the most part these batteries are only working at 70% of their abilities
