I have a 60v 60ah Chibattery matched with a Greenline Engineering BAC 4000 controller on my Surron. At 12Kw @ 400 amps, I’ve had no issues staying with 450 gassers and smoking 250 on OHV trails. I also have fastace fork and 21” front 18” back. I think the e-rides a good bargain out of the box but my Surron, even at 60v, would do much better than amps bike.
I just test rode the E-Ride Pro 72v.. I hit 60mph and it had more. This bike screams... and is super fun. But also it's sketchy, raw power not for over-excited teens that want long lives. I would not get this bike for my kid -- or anyone under 18 and ride on the street. It reminds me of my old 125 2-stroke.. similar torque, power but better top end and powerband.

1:10 “ebmx 60v” 72v ebmx race battery with x9000 controller would’ve been a better comparison. All the other upgrades are nice but the stock parts are equivalent to the eride.
72 v vs 60 v makes little difference to power, it's more about heat management. Both 72 v and 60 v ebmx batteries were rated to 15 kW. So to get the same power from a 72 v battery, you draw less current. Less current = less heat
I would love the talaria as I am currently saving for an e bike but with school it is very hard to actually find time to do work. This would help me a lot and I would really appreciate it. its not fully upgraded. its a 60v vs a 72v. the 72 will obviously perform exceptionally compared to a 60v no matter how much money has been put into the 60v.

If you're spending 10k on an upgraded surron, why not get an electric motorcycle instead? It's street legal, has better stability, brakes, frame, range, and usually better suspension. All stock. $9k for a fully built, street legal, insurable emoto made in the USA vs import bike with bicycle breaks and $5k more in import parts.

He should of put a 72volt 60 Amp hour battery in the sur ron instead of the 60volt 53amp hour battery in it
