Would you still say Boris is easy without Shadow of Change units to make Kislev more playable? I find their early game pretty fucking horrible with only base game units.
I actually found arbaal to be even easier than skulltaker. You just recruit an army of chaos warriors by turn 5 and then once you complete one challenge you can just have the free blood host and another activated at all times. Then you get chosen at T3 and it’s basically gg and once boris is gone nobody will attack you at your starting location since it’s pretty easy to have good relations with the chaos factions. The only challenge involves forcing yourself to fight the chaos dwarfs and other max challenges early which isn’t even necessary to maintain your favour since you get so much from the boons
I’ll say. I don’t agree that Kislev campaigns can be “Trivialize”, sure you can TRY and rush your nearby enemies, but bare in mind that The Zarina is SURROUNDED by enemies, going after one means you end up fighting the other, leading to the mess of playing a defensive game, constantly outnumbered, and with each turn your Allie’s slowly get knocked down one by one till it’s just you and maybe Carl franz
No. If you lose ALL armies all cults are revealed but only then. Since you know armies are invisible in a cult region go figure. Now as a player you can handle it sure, but the AI especially Stirland? Nope.
no idea why you would even return the land to cathay in the first place when one of the first settlements you take has the most broken landmark in the entire game especially for gelt's faction. giving mastery of the elemental winds to all battle wizards is super op.
Id say the strongest melee LL´s are Skarbrand and Malus... Be'lakor, Skulltaker, Grimgor, Imrik, Gor Rok and Ku´Gath deserve a mention (had to cut the list somewhere, didnt want to be naming too many)... also i have actually not played all lords (like 2-3 not), or some not for quite a while
Yuan Bo, Imrik, Durthu and Kugath are the most powerful LL I think. For example with Yuan Bo I can easy win against Archaon, Grimgor, Skulltaker, Malus, Tyrion etc... It's harder against Belakor or Skarbrand but win. Emperor's executionner is broken in 1vs1 duel.
Yes, games break when you abuse mechanics. A lot of fun mechanics/campaigns that aren't OP in certain situations become so if you abuse them. I guess some people have this urge to optimize to the point it's like OCD and they can't help themselves. Ironically despite having OCD this isn't an issue for me. I do things for the plot, I play like a story teller. I will gladly RP out a minor nation that only hold specific regions and fights to regain territory for other allied factions. As such the only unfair advantages I hate are ones unavoidable. Like Golg getting way too much reward for his contracts. I dislike the teleport thing, but considering how tight some of the time limits on certain contracts are, I understand it. Also with how far away some are. Getting a cathay contract early game is always amusing. I guess from a competitive multiplayer angle broken mechanics are an issue, but I just don't play with people who play like that.

Well you win the campaign before you can even use them so yes

Wait didn't they change the changling to have all cults revealed after the defeat of the LL

Finally some1 that says boris campaign is strong

You can get it back, abandon settlement before you leave and rush general to take it from Gnoblar Country.
@@Costin_Gaming I see but generally I would just prefer to hold the territory.
Why did you not like gorbads campaign?
What LL is the strongest melee on?
Probably Skarbrand or Malus dark blade also Archeon is insanely strong

Imrik also becomes a monster with the buffs from his dragon battles

I would say Skarbrand , Taurox and Malus . Also Archeon can nuke mid fight

Boring...
Surprised to see Tamurkhan isn't in the top 5. Isn't he absurdly powerful?
Is this the strongest legendary lords?
I found boris to be one of the easiest campaigns I've ever played tbh😊
