To build your funnel, you'll need some type of website builder. Which option you go for will depend on your budget and technical expertise. The easiest (but maybe a little more pricey) will be funnel builders like Lead Pages or Clickfunnels. We also have our own (www.launchboom.com/launchkit/). You'll need to set up some type of payment processor to collect the payments. We use Stripe. We store emails using Mailchimp. We send traffic using Meta ads (Facebook / Instagram).
