Sea Moss is an honest Superfood! Giving your body 92 out of the 102 minerals needs... you can't go wrong. Great to add to your diet (along with Bladderwrack). Thank you for the AMAZING video!
I made this but with a different fragrance and it is absolutely awesome! I can't wait to see how it sells. Thank you so much!! I'm going to try the CP version next!
@@0205danisa Hey! No you don;t have to put it in the refrigerator when soaking it overnight. You do want to ensure it is thoroughly cleaned and covered with your respective brand of water and sealed with plastic wrap of some sort to create an airtight barrier.
I've been using sea Moss it has 97 out of the 107 minerals our bodies need. But I got hooked to putting in my kefir. But I love putting it in my soaps and it's a great stabilizer for other cosmetics. Thank you. Your one of my favorites... Shah don't tell.
I actually tested leaving my sea moss at room temperature and it has lasted for over two months without going bad. HOWEVER, I asked my Endocrinologist if it was safe to consume Sea Moss and she said to be AWARE of the iodine content. Sea Moss (or any type of seaweed) is very high on iodine and is is not healthy for your Thyroid.
Sooo pretty! I love ocean themed soaps...I guess because I love the ocean and it’s beautiful colors. Brings back good memories! Thank you very much for sharing this wonderful recipe with us! Great tutorial! Also thank you for adding in that little clip about how you processed your sea moss! Very interesting and something I would like to try doing!
12:53 does soap have an optimal temp range for adding ingredients to it? I am starting with melt and pour and I know it’s melt mix then pour but I just melt it until it’s melted and mix I have yet to get a thermometer.
These will last for a very long time. They last about a year and even then, it's not like they go bad, they just lose their smell and color some. But you can still use it.
@@SunshineSoapandCandleCompany Thank you I also have a question about lye.. Is that a solution that you add when making soaps or is he lye already in the soap base google isn’t giving me much information .Is that a key ingredient making all kinds of soap or just specific kinds ?

She didn't say it was new...but it is new to those of us who are new to soap making and are searching for different methods to use. This isn't the place for all that, sis. This has nothing to do with color. Chill.

@@SunshineSoapandCandleCompany yesss and I just thought about a loofah going into these circular molds 🤍
@@Synquette yes! Or a natural sea sponge 😊
How long would this last after first usage before being spoiled? Would you leave in the fridge in between usage?
It lasts up to 4 weeks in the fridge or until you see mold
Thank you for sharing will try this
What's the shelf life for the soap?

Will sea moss become moldy in a melt and pour base. I know m&p is very limited on what you can add
Does it matter how thick or smooth it is will it be a table spoon to get the full mineral count?
I truly thank you for sharing
These are gorgeous by the way💙💙💙
They turned out awesome!! The first soap to come out the mold has an image of a bear to me...lol and a facial image..thanks for sharing!!
lol! Yes, I love how each one has it's own unique design and no two are alike!
Thank you I made my soap🥰❤
Love these
Thank you!
Excellent👍
Can I use the processed sea moss from the cream for this? I noticed you didn’t cook it in this video. Thanks!!
Yes, you sure can!
what is in that clear container?
Wouldn't seamoss eventually rot in the melt and pour?
The ph of this soap is between 7-8 so it should be ok. But it won’t last forever.
Love your videos!
thank you!
What is the shelf life on this soap and the cold process sea moss soap. TIA

will I compromise the recipe if I leave out the sea moss?
what is you were only using 1 pound of soap how would you divide all of the other ingredients to fit that recipe?
Hello, how long does the soap last?
Thanks
Do you have to wrap them right away
Yes, they need to be wrapped right away!
What type of blender is this blendtec
Does your recipe include the amount of lye you added ?
This is a melt and pour soap base so there is no lye.
What would you say is the shelf life of this particular soap
I think about six months to a year.
No preservative?
Can I leave out the sea miss?
Yes! 😊
Did u need a preservative?
Dang that's what I wanted to know:( it seems like you would
You don't need preservatives. Melt and pour soap has everything needed.
do you have to add titanium dioxide or is that just for the white color ?
Yes, the titanium dioxide is to get that white color.
