Hi Priya, to bake into a cake, I would suggest a 6 inch cake tin. Preheat oven to 160 C and bake for 30 - 35 minutes. Check for doneness by inserting a knife / toothpick in the centre. It should come out clean. Hope this helps.

Hey! my mom makes them at home for kheer etc, just soak them in water for a few hours to take off the skin. Then use a nut-slicer and slice them. Place evenly on a tray and put it out in the sun to dry out!

Yes, that would work too! I'd recommend using melted butter or even ghee would work well!
