Hi Subi, yes you can but I would suggest to check after 25-30 minutes and if the top starts to brown too soon, you can cover it with foil so it doesn't burn! Hi! I usually avoid using cups to weigh ingredients when baking as cup sizes are different. (for some, 1 cup is 200 grams, while for some it's around 240 - 250 grams) It affects the final result of the baked product and so I always recommend using a digital weighing scale as you get the exact same results every single time!
