Coming from a jets fan here, I was only 6 years old when this game happened and when the jets went to the afc championship that year I was so excited. Even though we lost to the Steelers, I was still happy that we we got that close. It is just crazy to think that mark Sanchez and Rex Ryan beat Peyton Manning and Tom Brady I’m back to back weeks of the playoffs and he had a 4-2 record on the road. Even though the defense got us there back to back years, Sanchez still played good and we had a lot of weapons like LT, Braylon, cotchery, shonn Greene, santonio Holmes, and Dustin Keller

@Ryan Irwin- Diehl I am certain that Sean McDermott in Buffalo and Kyle Shanahan will get more attention for coach of the year.
But Mike Tomlin is down to his third QB, 3 or 4th WR, 3rd and 4th RB- who knows whom else. Duck Hodges is running a reduced, patched together playbook of an offense designed for Ben Roethlisberger. I have no idea how The Steelers are 8-6. Okay-the defense has been fantastic-but 8-6 from this squad is absurd.
If there is an justice, Mike Tomlin is Coach of The Year.

With the Bill's playing as good as they r this year, the Jets r the Bengals of the AFC East.. You Jets fans need to watch a real coach like Tomlin, even with our 4th string QB, and banged up RBs we r playing well beyond expectations and have never yet experienced a losing season, unlike u guys however.....

Ok good win for the Jets but why couldn't the Jets beat the Steelers in the AFC Championship Game that season. 🤔. It should of been Packers vs Jets Super Bowl 45 but the Steelers play differently in the playoffs its like they elevate in the post season or use to.I like the Jets and I am not from New York but it would be cool if they wun a Super Bowl in the future.
