You missed Kevin Conroy who played a live-action version of his Animated Series counterpart in the Arrowverse crossover series CRISIS on Infinite Earths.
I'll have him in on the next update.
It was more a hybrid of Kingdom Come and Dark Knight Returns incarnations.
What about the batman that was in the live action looney tunes movie starring Brandon Frasier and Timothy Dalton?!
@@victormeyer4116 that's interesting will have to look that up.
You also forgot Warren Christie from Batwoman

Clark Bartram played an amazing Batman in the 2003 short film BATMAN: DEAD END, where he faced off with the Joker played by Andrew Koenig, and an Alien and some Predators. A VERY cool short video!
I would love to include this. Maybe do another video about fan films.
For the mean time please check out our updated Superman video >>> 38 Live-action SUPERMAN

Yes! The short film directed by Sandy Collora is responsible for igniting interest in making another Batman movie after the dreaded "Batman and Robin". It wasn't long after we finally got Batman Begins!
@@crazysnarfy861 I thought so....I kinda remember something about Dead End being a big thing at a SDCC. Cool news!
@@LesWalker2023 Andrew Koenig (son of Walter Koenig, Star Trek's Chekov) did a pretty decent job portraying the Joker, and "beefy" Clark Bartram played a very rugged looking Batman in the film. The scene where Batman jumps off of a rooftop, lands in a giant puddle, and then slowly stands up straight while his cape is splayed is one of the most iconic moments every captured in a Batman film!
I know, I loved that film.
You also missed the best live action Batman ever (by FAR, imo): 6’5” Kevin Porter, for Bat In the Sun Productions. I realize he’s not a WB sanctioned Batman; but Bat In the Sun’s production values-and even Hollywood star-drawing power-have risen to the level they must be acknowledged. Case in point would be their latest Batman effort, the utterly amazing “Batman: Dying is Easy.”
We are considering doing a separate video for fan films. We hope that works for you.

Kevin Conroy: I AAM BAT-MANNN!
Kevin Conroy in Batmwoman, Warren Christie Batwoman, Dante Pereira-Olson Joker, unknown actor Powerless, unknown actor The Not-Too-Late Show with Elmo, and I’m sure when Gotham Knights comes out tonight they will have a stuntman
Thanks for all the leads 😊 intrigued with the Elmo one.
I love how they just show Batman from Gotham, for a second and not say anything. Like "its a batman, so its on the list. But we dont acknowledge it."
😊
You might want to include Kevin Porter as one of the more resent Batmen of our times. Taking on the roll as Batman being member of Batinthesun production cast. Kevin has dawned the cape and cowl multiple times.

Best Batman moment is the warehouse scene in BvS.
Very cool scene
Na, the bell tower scene in Batman is better. The car chase after Batman rescues Vicky is way better also
@@Mac10Daddy I love Keaton as Batman but no. He has the best Batmobile of all time but that’s where it ends. His Batman pales in comparison to Ben and Bale. Tho he’s better than Patterson.
@@theamazinbob1 Bale was a good Bruce Wayne and that’s it. His Batman wasn’t good. Ben Afflec just doesn’t fit. He’s a great actor, but he’s not Batman. Not even Bruce Wayne. I liked Pattinsons Batman but his Bruce Wayne was terrible. Emo Wayne. IMO Keaton nailed it perfectly for both. Best voice as well. He was the most intimidating to me

Looking forward to his appearance in Flash?
There were a couple of decent ones by Bat In The Sun, I remember one where he was rescuing Superman from Darth Vader being decent (I know that sounds ridiculous but it really was done well 😄). Two variant endings of it as well. Still on RUclips I believe (off for a look now).
Thanks. We'll have to check it out.
@@Geekwatch00 just checked, still on there and still holds up 👌🏻
I loved that they showed Porter's Batman displaying his Ninja training by facing off with Vader using a light saber. The alternate ending was my all time favorite Superpower Beat down Episode !
in the FanFilm Batman Dead End they had a pretty cool Batman.
Same with Bat in the Sun. ;)
Yes. We are planning to do something with fan films.
Kevin Porter played Batman in a well-received production called "Dying Is Easy"... I imagine that may or may not qualify as "official"
Cooking something different for Fan-films, make sure your subscribed so you'll get notified when we upload that content.
That suit and actor from Dying is easy was more accurate than all the previous Batmen.
But why won't they give him glowing eyes? thats like 50% of the visual impact.
Gavin says : Kevin Conroy may have played a retired Bruce Wayne but he was always going to be involved and yet this line up doesn't include him!!
This is duly noted. We'll have a list that will include Conroy.
Dam! I thought the Batman in the commercial was actually Adam West. He fooled me!
Nice voice impression.
You're right that was a good Adam West impression.
We think you're a big batman fan, due to your logo 😊
@@Geekwatch00
Mostly Adam West's version (due to nostalgia) and I like most ot the Batman's lore and main characteristics.
Even if I don't quite 100% agree with all of his versions.
Sometime I'm more for Red Hood's philosophy, even if not that extreme.
Canpiness aside. West gave a very genuine performance on the role. Our Batman is Keaton, he's the one we grew up with. But did watch West on reruns.
You missed Lyle Waggoner. There's test footage of him as the Caped Crusader. And you really should include Clark Bartram for his spot on performance in the indie film Batman: Dead End
Thanks. Might have to pass on Lyle, because you can make the same argument with Cillian Murphy on Batman Begins. Clark Bartram might be on another Batman video focusing on "fanfilms".
@Geekwatch in the late 1970s (not sure of the year), a live action Batman and Robin made an appearance at the Primetime Emmy awards. I'm not sure if Adam West and Burt Ward played the roles or they were played by unknown actors
You gavr me an assignment 😊
There was no audio on the (God awful) 12th Batman for the Gotham TV show.
Also, I have a very clear memory of a Target TV commercial from the 70's (and at Christmas) of the 66 Batmobile pulling up in front of a Target and Batman and Robin coming out with presents. I'm pretty sure it was NOT Adam West but it could have been Burt Ward as Robin. I can't seem to locate it on RUclips but maybe someone else in the comments remembers this.
Someone did comment about the target commercial
What about Alan "Alfred" Napier when he wore the Bat costume so that Bruce and Batman could both be in the same place at the same time?
We like that idea. We'll consider on the next update.
Bruce Thomas portrayed Batman in the short-lived Birds of Prey TV series.
Upon further investigation Bruce Thomas is Batman in the OnStar ads.
Yes
And also in flashpoint paradox
I meant Thomas Wayne as Batman
If fan films are fair game, Kevin Porter should be at the top of that list ( Dying Is Easy)
Right now. We're not considering fan films because that's a hard line to distinguish. 😁
Kevin Conroy deserves to be on this list more than some guy in a PSA or onStar commercial.
We'll have Kevin on an updated list.
Lyle Waggoner who screen tested for BATMAN against Adam West for 1966 Batman. Video of his screen test exists!
Wil have to do a vid about that
CAN LOSE THE LATEST ONE - CAN DO WITHOUT 'THE BATMAN' Conroy the best Animated version
😁
Nice and informative video
Thanks, that's what we aim for.
does the actor for the Gotham series count? although the actor portrayed a young orphan Bruce, he gradually grew into the role until the very last episode where he suits up for the first time as Batman.
We'll have him on the next update.
Kevin Conroy: I AAMM BAT-MANNN!

There was also an Arby's commercial in 1981 that had Batman and Robin on the roof of an Arby's waving people to come in.

Its incredible that in almost a century the suit and casting department always get it wrong.
Maybe one day we will have an accurate looking Barman.
Batfleck we believe is a near enough interpretation of a comicbook Batman.
@@Geekwatch00 The acting portrayal wasn't bad but the suit needs glowing eyes black trunks a scalloped cape sharp not blunt finned gauntlets and they need to accentuate the ears .

Kevin Conroy suited up as Bruce but not as Batman but he did lend the hand of Voice actor in Batman the animated series and other Batman projects
( RIP ) Kevin we will miss your voice and your time as Batman in our minds and in our hearts !
Variants is for Marvel Alternate Version for DC
Ok
Who's the guy between Ian Glenn and Robert Pattenson?
That should be Conroy in the Batwoman CW crossover episode. We did not see him suit up, but we saw his Batsuit. That's just photoshopped.
What is the name of the music in the background also why was Kevin conroy not in here he played a live action Batman technically
I have another video with Conroy included in the list. For the audio, I think it's a free audio from youtube's audio library, I searched Batman or Dark Knight something along that line. If I find the audio, I'll comment back here.
Ok
👍
Bruce Thomas played batman in bird's of prey.
In some interviews he deny that that was him.
The 4th Batman is Dan Aykroyd.
😊
Yes, sounds like him.
as a side note the Robin in the second Batman serial was in better physical shape than the bat look at the pump in that fellow biceps he must have been pushing some iron or was an athlete of some type.
I guess him being a full grown adult also helped 😅
@@Geekwatch00 I have never had the chance to watch the two serials on Bats I will have to do so now to get the full monty on the character and costume evolution.
It's a historic comic book cinema, it shows interesting views of the time. Some might not sit well these days.
@@Geekwatch00 I'm a retired history teacher viewing history warts and all is part of the job description.
@@jamescampbell39 then this is just a walk in the park 😅
Not exactly Batman, the guy who played Tommy Elliot in Batwoman when he was supposed to be Bruce Wayne. He obviously wasn’t Batman but it did give us what the real Bruce looked like
Did he wore a batsuit? I did not really watch Batwoman.
No. I just wanted to point it out. But he did drive the Batmobile.
And Titans Bruce Wayne never wore the suit and he’s on the list
@@charlesrothenhousen3077 a stand-in (body double) was able to wear a batsuit in Titans which definitely was not "Ser Jorah Mormont".
no he dont wore the suit but he drive the bat mobil but warren cristie look like a tv bale he was okay he also come back in season 3!
To dcs no batman in Tv Rule he dont wore the suit like Conoroy in Crisis and in Titans we only saw bruce, we saw batman too but not in full suit...
@@Geekwatch00 Bruce Wayne is Batman, is he not? I mean, the physicality and style that the actors possess are supposed to be Batman’s after all
Keaton changed the game.
Really looking forward to his appearance in the Flash.
