And Obama was happy to go blow things up in the Middle East as well, so...also, sorry, 'stateist" would be more accurate than "fascist".
It’s interesting, and kind of lovely and speaks well of the man, how Gussow maintained fairly good relationships with certain artists he reviewed. His Albee book is very good, though with Albee’s passing, I hope a complete and definitive biography is written someday.
