1966 VW Beetle, Bring a Trailer

Owned and built by well-known, local air-cooled VW enthusiast, the late Dave Strasburg... Vorderman Motor Werks is assisting his wife with the sale of this custom Beetle coupe now equipped with a 1915cc dual port air-cooled engine with dual Weber carbs, 10° lift cam, front disc brakes, and 4-speed Bug Pack shifter, this beetle runs and drives fantastic. Other modifications include height adjustable front air shocks, five lug chrome wheels, Kenwood stereo, custom interior by Marquart’s Custom Creations, electric fuel pump, custom Crayola paint, and much more. Dave was enamored by spiders hence the stitching in the door panels vinyl decals around the interior exterior, etc. 
In this video, the car had been sitting for a couple days before we started it here for this video. We just recently cleaned and gapped the spark plugs.

Wiring loom should run behind the carb and thru next to the shroud. Keeping it away from the linkage. Need to locate that miss...
