Soon it became something to look forward to. Meditation also helped me a lot, especially learning to focus on the breath.

I love that u made a video on this I used to have anxiety and social anxiety, yoga definitely was one thing helped me get over it completely. yoga actually recently helped me so much with depression and emotional stuff too is AMAZING! BUT, u obviously already know that lol thank u for making this video, i agree with u there's negativity everywhere, in media on Facebook ya that's so true. u are really awesome just know that girl and are helping MORE people MORE than u know. I love your perspective on things and lightness take with yoga u make it feel like anyone can do it and u don't have to be this spiritual guru to be happy and at peace. Yoga definitely helps my anxiety! But sometimes if its not enough, simple mantras and deep breathing usually work. I completely agree about not watching the news! Social media is awesome but unfortunately it can make me cynical, deflated and envious at times. Great tips Erin! Love xo
I suffer from anxiety number of times. But funny as it sounds, sometimes I just bless my self on my weak moments by telling myself 'may god give you all happiness and satisfaction you deserve'... it works like aspirin..
I stopped watching the news because it always made me feel bad about the world. I also stopped using Facebook as much as I used to. I listen to audiobooks or rewatch favourite shows or movies. I also read a lot of self improvement books or blogs. Going for a walk in the fresh air also helps improve my mood and going to yoga class with my favourite yoga teacher.

I don´t watch news anymore and don´t pay atention to bad feed
