Way to go Tonya! The croissant type donut is always a favorite, there are many different topping that can be added, like cherry, blueberry, strawberry and kiwi, etc. I'd save the donut holes for cinnamon and sugar, powdered sugar, and glaze. Chocolate covered may even work. I plan on trying this soon.

You would need to cut out circles without the holes, fill them, and use an egg wash to seal together the edges. I don’t think they would puff up as much though.
