About Swami Vivekananda:
Swami Vivekananda (1863 - 1902) was an Indian monk, Self-realized Master and one of the most celebrated and inspirational spiritual leaders of India. He was not only a great spiritual personality; but also a genius thinker, great orator, passionate patriot (He worked hard for eradicating poverty from his Country), and a heroic role model for millions of youth.
Vivekananda carried on the free-thinking philosophy of his revered guru, Ramakrishna Paramahamsa forward into a new paradigm. He worked tirelessly towards betterment of the society, in servitude of the poor and needy, dedicating his all for the upliftment of his Country.
His message of universal brotherhood and Self-awakening remains relevant especially in the current issue of widespread political turmoil around the world.
The young monk and his teachings have been an inspiration to many, and his words have become goals of self-improvement especially for the youth of the Nation. For this very reason, his birthday, January 12, is celebrated as the National Youth Day in India.

A few days ago,I started reading JNANA-YOGA,which is a collection of 17 inspired talks that were given by Sw. V. The highest truth told so beautifully,so brilliantly. Christopher Isherwood,an English writer who was a devotee,wrote that he felt Swami's presence when he spoke Swami's words,rather than just silently reading them. I've also been reading MASTER of SELF-REALIZATION,which contains about 350 pages of talks that were given in 130 meetings with Sri Nisargadatta and his Master,Sri Siddharameshwar. Another extraordinary book. I have been blessed beyond measure . Love to all,from USA.

I am in deep agreement with all of this. I also experienced Brahman in the world, and the world in Brahman, back in 1984. And I have had many further realizations since then. If we're unfortunate not to have access to a realized being, Divine Mother is the only teacher we need!

so one day when I was practicing mindfullness at Plum VIllage in France, THich Nhat Hahn's mindfullness practice center, the whole world, everything disappeared, even me. there was no me, no nothing except this very intense form of energy....afterwords, I never felt better in my whole life.......I did not know what had happened and was very wierded out so I ran away from the monastery. Now I find out it was this samadhi that people seeek!!!!! The truth is so beautifull.
Does that kind of experience decrease sexual drive?
@@redpillmatrix3046 it doesn't necessarily decrease your physical drive physically, but you will be so full of orgasmic joy and ecstasy within yourself that sex will no longer be a compulsion.

I just weeped at the mention of samadhi. i dont know what is samadhi but as if i can feel it.. i can feel God.. 😭 God is light. he is so beautiful.. ur videos are amazing...these videos can enlighten more than meditation...you must b a blessed one. ☺
Nirvikalp Samadhi means going into thoughtless state. Even the mediator do not knows where he is. A person in union with Universe
It is important to add that it is like a deep sleep while meditating. No suffering, no concept of time, just being. Thoughts settle like leafs in an ocean. This is usually gained by recognizing oneself as the pure consciousness that illumines the waking, dreaming, and deep sleep states. Also, the one that is real, in which all that appears is a reflection of our pure consciousness. In which everything is within me and all is brahman.
@@ravinder_singh_benipal yes thoughtless state but physically we also have to transcend our 5 senses first called Prathyahara before samadhi. It is the reason why swami vivekananda's experience says that he did not feel his body just his head (this is a thought and the only barrier before samadhi at that point)

The back and forehead brow centre were painful .
Suddenly the bright white light pulled me.
I couldn't open my eyes.
It was like floating in the air
I don't know who I am
The body is bent like a bow during meditation.
I couldn't speak but ummm sound produced I repeating uncontrollable.
I was so happy to be in that white light
That white light was very quiet
There is no one inside it.
I couldn't recover from that white light to normal body
Tears came from his eyes automatically
I couldn't think of anything there.
Breath Very very slow
Body sense donot feel.
Cut world connection
Body full white light pass..
During mediation pray lord krishna . after some minutes this happen.
Near pracrice Somepeople shake my body after me awake in mediation .
After return i thought i was dead

His body may leave us but *He will be alive within his children!*

@Afsal k.s, you're right! Your spiritual awakening is not a mere coincidence. You must've been on this path already. :) A Guru enters our life of his/her own accord. Someone wrote in the comment-section the other day, "We don't choose Sadhna, it is Sadhna that chooses us". I think it is true. Hari Om Tat Sat! 🙏

you can only or receive Satya from your level of perception. If you dont it only means you cannot know Sat from your perception. you might need 1000s years evolution to perceive him.
Satya is Also breaking of concepts frameworks paradigms. it's so easy to love a Ramakrishna or Vivekananda, because they fit into your paradigm. They lived long ago so we accept them. God is Here in every age every moment.

An Indian of such profound beauty and wisdom but my ancestor was clueless, not his time to wake up. Dear Capt was benign to the 3 weeks of profound essence on his ship. But Vivekanada met other great Indian men of business that changed their lives!!

At his destination in World Religions Parliament conference ... in Chicago ... a Bostonian man helped him to gain access.

My ancestor was clueless but captain of a ship with several meaningful people that needed to met each other. A drug dealer was inspired to open a centre in India for Spirituality suggest by Vivekananda.
Right place time and place for those needed to be there. And as we merely meet for extended time, 3 weeks, a Divine Being, we are changed at a celular level. The blessing rippers at a future time when needed.
As a person becomes enlightened everyone has a cell wake up within themselves. When enough people awaken then the powerful wave of enlightenment awakens others in the right time and place.
Being near the Buddha it was the open innocence of children that popped them into higher Samadhi states as Arhats vs adults. Many were deeply speeding up their destinies but how beautiful for the children!!!

I visited Kanyakumari and the rock where he used to meditate, someone told me that the sea was infested with crocodiles in those days, its the landend of India where 3 seas come together ; the bay of Bengal, the Arabian sea and the Indian ocean,you can see that 3 different waves reach the beach

One can read the holy book called Dasbodh written by Samarth Swami Ramdas Maharaj. The book clears out the doubts about non-duality, universe, Atman, Bramhan, human body, Maya, Gods and Goddesses, Sings of fools, Signs of literate fools, enlightenment etc. A sadhak must read this book for all the possible clarifications.
I think the way through which these ppl experienced the God is "Dyanyog" but they gv due importance to " Karmayog" as well, for which Shri Ramkrishna prayed to Divine mother. Karmayog is equally important.
See difference between Yogi's n common Man, Yogi's need Maya so that they can preserve their body for karma n common Man needs to be dissociated from Maya.
Karmayog is more difficult than Dhyaanyog....Living in this maya and remain unattached to it is a task that only highly disciplined humans can do...That's Vairagya...
That's why Sanyas is easier as compared to Vairagya...🙏
