He was forced to leave because he had hip surgery and couldn't wrestle anymore on a regular basis so they wanted to negotiate a contract based on him doing legends appearances now and again but he wanted more money. TK was willing to pay him what WWE used to pay him to do nothing so he went there, let's not pretend it was anything other than money. He wasn't worried about his promos or creative ideas because he knew after hip replacement he was done as far as major in ring runs.

I remember how incredible his WCW match with Goldberg was and then how Vince brought him to that WWF or WWE (whatever) to embarrass him and be defeated by just every superstar in his roster. The question was why? He had the next Andre the giant but more agile and symmetric. I just can guess that he is a yes sir kind of guy and Andre wasn’t. It's not news to us; it's just the way things are. When folks go, "Whoa, you're so tall!" or "Man, you're huge!" it's like telling a fish it's swimming. We're already in on that secret.

He's had a combined 11m19s in the ring, over a total of four matches in AEW, so far. Three in '21, one in early '22. He's done as an in-ring performer.

Big Show is another classic example of how Mr. McMahon overlooks potential and lets its splinter away instead of giving it the environment to flourish. In the Attitude Era, Big Show would have been an excellent addition to the top tier performers of Austin, Rock, HHH, Taker, Foley, Michaels, Angle, Jericho etc. He obviously had the size, he was good on the mic and would have gotten better had he been given the time to develop, and he could wrestle in the ring as well. It just seems like once McMahon has an image of you, he will almost never change it. After the Attitude Era, I think of guys like Ziggler, Rusev, etc who had everything you needed to become a top performer but we're never properly developed.

It was just a cringe display and needed to end. Big show has a lot to complain about over how his career went, and the truth is, it's all his own fault. He could have been more, much more, but it's him that never pushed to be more. Just look at how even Cena was disappointed in him not working on his physique. And only then did Show react and that was way too late in his career. Big show used his size as a crudge, and that was his fatal flaw.

Big Show should have taken over the giant roll that Andre had. Big Show should have taken that spot! He should have been pushed as the next giant. It was sad to see what they have done with Paul and his career as a giant.

Lol big show is milking Tony khan for his money. JR kicked him out in like 2001 for being too fat and refusing to lose weight too
