If you are taking blood thinners, then you might want to avoid. People with autoimmune disease (celiac etc), bleeding disorders, allergies or blood thinner medications should avoid spirulina. Spirulina boosts immunity and with autoimmune/allergy disorders that further complicates it. Otherwise for heart patients, diabetes, BP, cholesterol, liver issues and cancer patients you can safely take it
