I have not been able to hear very well for 2 years now . I have 2 of these hearing aids my insurance paid $5,500. for these oticon hearing aids they lasted about a year the place where I got them is no longer here and batteries went dead And for some reason I cannot get the little door open to change it . I watched the videos and it looks so easy and I am not stupid that little door won't open. My family gives me a very hard time because I can't understand them when they speak they get mad at me thinking I choose not to pay attention to them , sometimes I just feel like crying all because that little door won't open.
