My Mom got the MRR4D (two) when she put them to charge there's this kind of high frequency sound. Is this normal? Or should she do something to avoid that?
For the love of god…Ideally every day, cleaning your hearing aids is super important. Filters need to be changed give or take every month, but if you are one of the extreme cases twice a month. Surely twice at summer season especially if you sweat a lot. Having a dehydration device is also super helpful.
