just played it first time, went 10-9-9 on a normal game, and indeed, i barely knew what i was doing xD i sometimes knew but in general its hard to remember and know the combos and basically how to set up everything nicely. I tried to go to almost 1 ammo on 2 weapons then aggro (to use Q twice) then use next 2 weapons with Q
His red gun q does give him some mobility as it grants increased movement speed for the duration. It’s not much but it’s good for chasing or repositioning in fights.
As a new player I want to main Aphelios so bad bc I like him a lot and with him his lore. So I have been training in co-op VS CPU for a whole week and I have gotten better to get myself less killed. This is also going to help. Thank you!
I would rather choose Fleet Footwork as keystone. It worked much better for me. His base speed is 325 (snail) and it becomes impossible to dodge some skillshots + if you still get poked, you can recover easier (and they will just waste mana, lmao). His damage lategame will still be hypercarry level, but in order to get to that lategame, you need to survive early and have lane prio. Thus said, Lethal tempo or PTA will not help you win lane unless the enemy is completely braindamaged because any meta ADC will just outdamage you straight-up, no-chance unless you have a god support. You need to scale, you need to live and Fleet Footjob is just better at this.
Yes since they nerfed his early game it definitely helps him get through the lane - before the nerfs PTA let him hang in the lane phase and take trades where I can definitely see more love going fleets way now!
I'd say fleet is good if you don't have good enough movement yet, but when you know your limits and the enemy limits it's always more worth going conq or lethal because you will become a monster sooner with the extra damage.
I'm here just for the rap, i still didn't understand anything 😂 (great rune page, I use it myself in many first-time champions "I literally don't know" 🤣)
Thank you for the video. I am a support main which recently got a friend into league as an adc. I noticed that he has been learning the game very quickly, and thought he could be able to learn this champion. 1) what does aphelios need from his support? 2) which supports can I play to most effectively help aphelios? I have a very wide number of support champions i am comfortable and skilled at playing, so no supports are off the table to suggest.
Aphelios is great with most supports as his kit keeps changing to go with different supports so you can’t go too wrong - but I love him with lulu and Janna and Sona and other scaling supports who help him get to his late game!
nah what is this, I started playing Zoe for fun: you upload a guide on her the day after, yesterday I thought about picking up aphelios and learning him: you upload a guide today. Stop reading my mind sir! 🤣
Also get it out of your head that it is a hard champ, it is one of the easiest once u know the weapons. Bonus tip: in green to purple you can precast purple q so the root happens asap when the bullet hits
Im gunna give him another try after watching this. I always found him as an interesting champion. I just suck so bad with remembering the gun combos and all
You did an Aphelios guide within 3 minutes? This must be your Magnum Opus. But from a gameplay standpoint. I'm a huge fan of his white gun and the wave clear and siege it brings. From a lore standpoint, can't he like replace one of his guns with a Lunari jetpack as his mobility? Hahaha!
@@3MinuteLeagueofLegends Ah no sorry, he has no jetpack in the lore. I suggested it because he carries so much guns, that maybe he can swap one with something more useful. Apologies for the confusion.
Need a new one for 14.10? Seems like he might be good for this patch. Which has made adc feel better. Can the small blades crit? Wildarrows might be clutch.
I hope Aphelios eventually gets a midscope to make him less pro-bound and more viable for the rest of us. I think he'd be a healthier and more fun design as a caster marksman rather than a straight autoattacker, more similar to Xayah than Jinx. The cool thing about Aphelios is his shifting arsenal. His kit should be focused on the different guns, not just how easily he can apply crits to the enemy team.
I love him. Bought him yesterday and it reminds me a ton of the invoker from dota. Super fun champ because of how versatile he is. Not a champ for avg IQ people and thst fine. you have 165 other champs that have less complicated kits.
I want you to know, your guida are so helpful for learning new champs and are the make or break for wanting to play new champs and after watching this video.......I am still so fucking confused
I really hope he doesn't show up in rift....he can do way too much. It's just not fun to go up against tbh. Wild rift needs vel koz 😅 Thank you for the guide! ❤
The vidoe script should have been like this:- why play aphelios bot? part 1 out of 200 look here buddy, if you want to learn a champion that took 200 years of development in 1 video.. you clearly cheating.. so we will learn to play aphelios in 200 videos..
Aphelios upside: No one will know what you're doing
Aphelios downside: Including you
😂😂😂 so true!

As an Aphelios main, this is the winning comment 😂😂
tbh for me he is the easy champ in the game and i love him so much
i genuinely didnt think itd be possible to get aphelios into 3 mins, nice work
Haha there was a good few fully re-recording the script to make it faster 😂
I checked twice if I am on 1.5 speed. But I was on 1.0
@@xa6859 haha me too 🤣🤣
I mean I remember barely any of what I just watched
The Aphelios runes being called " I Literally don't know " explains Aphelios' kit perfectly
Haha I feel like it perfectly captures how we all feel about him xD
After watching this guide 5 times, I can confidently say I still dont have a clue what he does
Honestly I still come back to this guide when I’m against him and still never even get it myself 😂😂
same, first time ive watched a guide and felt like i need a guide to the guide video

You’re absolutely right would have been worth mentioning!

That’s awesome pal, how’s it been going?
@@3MinuteLeagueofLegends He may have given up lol
that.... was a really fast explanation ..... so fast it all went over my head
There’s a lot to him!
The weapon skill icon is less recognizable than the health bar weapon icons
that was better than reading the entire passive lmao
Haha - fun fact it’s actually impossible to read Aphelios’ passive without having an aneurysm

after watching this several times 0,75% i finally somewhat understood why i should always ban him on almost any bot laner 😂
Haha I’m all fairness he’s not played too much at the moment until you get into the super high elos!
Aphelios-How hard you want me to be hard to master?
league of legends-Yes
Literally this ^^
I'm here just for the rap, i still didn't understand anything 😂 (great rune page, I use it myself in many first-time champions "I literally don't know" 🤣)
Haha it’s how I feel most people playing with/against Aphelios feel 😂
dude, I'm still reading his passive after the video is finished chill man
It is a long passive 😂
With this guide, you've officially become "the top rapper Eminem was too afraid to diss"
Haha the trick is cutting out all the small pauses to make it flow way easier 😂

Watching this in champ select cause i was auto filled :)
Awesome stuff - how did it all go? I struggled playing him a ton at first 😅
this man did the impossible, HE EXPLAINED APHELIOS IN 3 MINUTES NO LESS
Haha not looking forward to updating this one day 😂
love the vids as always, keep it up
Cheers pal will do 😁
nah what is this, I started playing Zoe for fun: you upload a guide on her the day after, yesterday I thought about picking up aphelios and learning him: you upload a guide today.

Haha glad to hear we’re in sync! 😂
been waiting for this guide for a long time!
That’s awesome hope it was helpful! 😁
Also get it out of your head that it is a hard champ, it is one of the easiest once u know the weapons.
Bonus tip: in green to purple you can precast purple q so the root happens asap when the bullet hits
I mean he’s pretty hard to know when to use the best guns and where!
@@3MinuteLeagueofLegends True but thats what u figure out with weapon rotations, when a fight breaks out you just use the 2 (or 3) that u are given
He is hard because he is more complex than every other champ. He is mechanically not hard but he is more about brain and positioning.
Im gunna give him another try after watching this. I always found him as an interesting champion. I just suck so bad with remembering the gun combos and all
Yeah he’s definitely one of the harder ones to learn!
As an elementalist player in Guild Wars 2; finally a champ that makes sense
Haha my gosh if this makes sense to you you’re ahead of most of the player base!
Haven't heard you talk this fast before XD
It's also funny how 60% of the whole video is about his kit when usually it's just 40 seconds.
Haha I had to re-record the audio so many times to try and fit it in 😂

Definitely should update this, definitely worried about having to do this one again 😂
can you do a guide for the guide?
Jesus! I got a legacy skin for him, so i thought, i better purchase him.. so i did, came to watch this video... and ill never use that champ again!
I don’t blame you, he is rough to learn 😂
This is one of those videos because of Aphelios, I didn't learn a thing lol.
Honestly I struggle so much to remember what he does 😂
Well you jumped the shark now!
Always happy to jump sharks!
Put this into .75x speed just so I could keep up😂
More than fair! 😂
honest question, if you suck is it worth trying to learn him? He seems so cool
I think there’s a lot of champions like Caitlyn, Jinx and Ashe that all play a similar role but are far easier to play and get value from!
Fr it looks easy just need to play some times to get it know
Yeah I think once cycling your guns becomes automatic he’s honestly pretty chill to play!
I prefer to go lethal tempo but PTA is really good to. Can I ask to when should I use pta?
always tho think Inigmah said pta is better since u go short trade or all in so dont rly stack lethal tempo
Yeah my preference tends to be lethal tempo too but after trying both I really see why pta on Aphelios is a great pick up!
(comment for helping the channel)
Always appreciate it!

Fr tho, i abosuletly love your 3mins guides!
Haha cheers pal - yeah Aphelios really does feel like that 😂
Short Tip: Keyboard smash!
Update: I tested this in rank games....I went back to my main role as support.
I respect that 😂
I want you to know, your guida are so helpful for learning new champs and are the make or break for wanting to play new champs and after watching this video.......I am still so fucking confused
My gosh honestly with Aphelios same!
This guide felt like 10 minutes
I can see that 😂
ngl this champ gives me the biggest headache. there's no other champion that's this STACKED when it comes to his kit.
Completely agree - he puts such pressure on his opponent to know everything he’s doing that he can be tough to go against!
yes.
😁
slow this down to 0.75 and it was actually watchable
Savage ^^
But hey the slowdown is a helpful tool 😂
I thought I wad just tired lol!
how many weapons again?!
Too many 😂
Still too confusing for me to play him. :D
Honestly kinda the same - where he definitely is viable other champions do such a similar thing with way less effort!
If i dont know what im doing , then they wont know either 😎👍
Honestly me every time I play him 😂
Instructions unclear I just got reported for feeding in a norms.
Sometimes that happens 😅
I really hope he doesn't show up in rift....he can do way too much. It's just not fun to go up against tbh. Wild rift needs vel koz 😅
Thank you for the guide! ❤
It would be interesting to see how they would bring him onto mobile!
I put the video on 0.75 speed so i can understand
More than fair 😅
Eminem is scared to diss u....
😂
wtf, you literally need to study champions now just to be able to understand their abilities. the state of league is ridiculous.
Aphelios is probably worse than most for that!
Aphelios in three minutes???
Haha easily the hardest one to do yet!
He has an E?
Apparently so 😂
okay
Main reason to play this hero : no one understand it.
How good design is this?
Good design is a stretch, but it will confuse your enemies 😂
TRY HARD CHAMP MIGHT AS WELL PICK OTHER OP ADC
👍
😁
i understand nothing
Honestly I researched him a lot for this video - these many months on I also understand nothing 😂
