I have one and love it. The only downside I have found is that it is large enough to be considered a personal item when flying as opposed to a backpack which can hold nv and a helmet and other stuff.
I've been looking for something EXACTLY like this! Just what I need. I used to throw 3 different "bags" into my huge duffel for all my helmet shit and nods. Now I can just throw this one thing in there. Thanks for sharing, brother
I think the bucket lid design is brilliant. That removable bump is something I haven't seen before.
Putting the nv in the void of the helmet. Would never have thought of that. Dual pvs 14 on pano bridge fits btw

Not sure why, but I wasn’t subbed when I know I was. Anyways after the Ashburn class and my travels lately taking my NvG I found something like this or the OTTE is a must. Especially since I just bought some duals. Need to protect it. Thanks dude

Curious why you use the echo arms light vs something like the S&S Ma-X mount?
I don't use the echo one. I use the Thyrm variarc vs. Because I can attach a handgun light that has both vis and ir and if I wanted to I can swap with the one on my Handgun.

I'm really looking for a pouch that can attach to my kit that protects my pvs-14 or my magnifier. I've used the green pouch that comes with the 14, but I did end up ruining a 14 doing dismount stuff 😥

If it doesn't have a faraday defense, it's just a glorified milk crate.
My nods are either on me or not.
This type of storage deserves atleast emp protection, not pads.
We all know what we paid for, and protect them accordingly.
Give me emp protection, and I'm all in.
