I enjoyed this video so much. Such wonderful abundance. My favorites were the egg salad sandos, the bacon and cheese twist and the round bread with an egg on top. The egg looked perfectly poached. Yummy. Such beautiful displays too. The workers must be so honored to work with such abundance and variety.

Bem que poderia ter algumas padarias dessa no Brasil. Pena que o Japão é tão longe. Se eu tivesse uma padaria assim perto de casa eu levaria uns 3 meses para experimentar todos os itens. O jeito é olhar e ficar com vontade. Parabéns aos japoneses pelo capricho, diversificação, higiene e profissionalismo.
This was absolutely awesome. I loved watching how they prepared all the different types of breads, pastries, sandwiches,and they even made churros,WOW, now that was an eye opener for me. I've been to Japan twice, but only on business to do trade shows, and never had the opportunity to see more of Japan. I truly enjoyed this video.

I worked in a hot bread shop start 6 am in the front shop Had to stacks the bread Slice loaf fill window with cake on my own customer were come from 6,30 am rush rush rush bread still too hot to slice But I enjoin we were allowed to take home two loaf of bread a day for free

I crack the eggs in half,scoop the egg out. Much faster than peeling. It is getting mashed for salad,so doesn’t have to be pretty. Can do an egg in seconds. Just use a spoon to get the egg out of the shell.

働いていた頃のことを思い出し、懐かしい気持ちになりました。

Slice loaf fill window with cake on my own customer were come from 6,30 am rush rush rush bread still too hot to slice
But I enjoin we were allowed to take home two loaf of bread a day for free

I crack the eggs in half,scoop the egg out. Much faster than peeling. It is getting mashed for salad,so doesn’t have to be pretty. Can do an egg in seconds. Just use a spoon to get the egg out of the shell.
The idea of having so many varieties makes you want to purchase more and try everything.
