Just to be clear on the NG+, everything carries over and i mean everything, weapons, equips, cyberware, all armor, clothes just have to reequip, but it's the greatest thing to me and i love it so so much.
@@TwonFish "extreme hardcore" and "ng+" don't really go hand in hand. Just start a new save dude. I can't imagine it'd be difficult to set your money to 0 using Cheat Engine either.
Just started this as well, and I did have to recreate my character. But yes most everything was there to re-equip. For some reason, I don’t have the cyber requirement to have optical camo, but that’s about it. I was at level 60 though and now I’m back to 50 so maybe I can get it later. I’m not sure I like all the new enemy types and stuff. Seems like everyone is super spongy now. I’ll have to check out the config file.

I can only hope that Orion ends up being even more robust and moddable. They already learned from 2077, if they can put what they learned to use, then it'll be amazing.

I've been using the auto-drive. You get your own personal Delamain cab, but I was disappointed that it wouldn't drive me around. Now it does! So when I'm not in a hurry, I like to climb into the back seat and let the Delamain get me there.
yoo i have the same auto drive mod and it doesnt let me activate it unless im in the driver seat, would be so much cooler if i sat in the back. i must be missing something how'd ya do it?
@@deathmetalmoccasins2412 you need to add the optional file autodrive_as_passenger. You can stay in the drivers's seat, or choose the front passenger or back, then just sit back and enjoy the city sights passing by.
The underrated GOAT of mods is faster elevators at 5x speed. Especially if you play without fast travel, and especially with Dark Future hardcore mode, cutting back the Megatower elevators to ~10 seconds is fantastic.

I need a mod that turns 50% of the NPCs into randomly generated ones by the in-game character creation random option plus random clothing. It'd be nice to be able to juggle some clothing percentage, like 40% no shirt or no pants
There is a mod for that, it's called no mor duplicate npcs and there's settings to make them even more varied, but the higher the settings the more intensive it is on the pc.
I finally added some mods for real life graphics, and I have nothing to do because I'm 200 hours in on my first playthrough lol. You made this video right in time, I'm about to new game plus with all my glory 😁

Id love a mod that gave clothing back all the stat boosts they used to have. Making all clothes only cosmetic AND giving you a wardrobe transmog seems really redundant.
a small thing that would have massive dividends would be more generally available sitting and leaning options. Night city is freaking pretty and some interesting passive conversions go on, and it would be great to gawk/listen to stuff without standing up staight like a deer in headlights. so you can become part of the coty instead of just going through it. Also on the small quality of life rp anglehaving more in game drinking and eating options outside of the few places you can first person have a drink. Its just less emersive that if you choose to buy alcohol or food, you cant just immediately drink/eat it, you got to go into your inventory and use it. breaks the emersion.
The new game plus mod would be even more amazing if the base story of cyber included more than what I consider the street kid story path. Whether you choose corpo or nomad, you still end up as street kid anyways.

Yes it's pretty stable in my experience, only some physics and lighting bugs, no crashes with 60+ mods installed. some mods are outdated though so make sure to read the posts section of the mods Nexus page where people usually mention if the mod is working or not, they do seem to get updated pretty fast after an update. Performance is still bad without DLSS/framegen, but I don't think that will ever get fixed.
Might sound absolutely stupid and probably impossible to implement, but I'd love to see a mod where when talking to other NPCs the camera goes to third person and gives conversations that cinematic feel, like in Fallout 4. V is definitely a distinct character separate from the player, and while in F4 you play as "yourself", you're really just playing as Nate/Nora. Giving that cinematic feel to conversations would allow those who put time into making their character feel like they didn't just waste time. I mean yeah there are times where you see your V's face and it's supposed to be at impactful points, but I feel like this wouldn't really detract from that at all.

new game + is definitely worth adding, do not skip the prologue you miss out on a ton of stuff, including the iguana. and you will no longer be able to do the prologue an any future play throughs

I played Hellblade 2 and there was zero stutter. This is an optimization issue with specific developers, I think Unreal Engine 5 is much better about shader compilation issues now. Ninja theory already showed you can make games work without stuttering in UE5, and they're not the only example. Granted Red Engine is fantastic and serves Cyberpunk 2077 nicely, but I think people are overreacting about them using Unreal

@@dranzerjetli5126 Not so much a cheaper labor force as getting rid of the cost of training programmers to use REDEngine. It's easier to find Unreal programmers, and they don't have to be trained in-house to use the engine. It is a cost savings, but not the way you think
oh man. i stopped bothering with the mods after the last update. spent ALOT of time researching and implementing until they dropped it. was off-putting and figured itd take some time for many to update. decided to hold off ultimately until the 'Stealthrunner' mod was finished with their Phantom Liberty update.
I would love a mod that makes the NCPD more difficult. Like, they give up so easily, they dont call much backup, they dont use any types of police tactics in situations. Its like they were added last second. Which is fine if they were. I just would like a mod to make them better - being more of something to deal with as we play verses just laugh at.
Did you play the game before 2.0? because the original police system felt like a placeholder for an unfinished game. Cops just magically appeared behind you and infinitely respawned until you left the area. And the police giving up easily is kinda realistic for Night City. There is 7000 murder per year there. That's 10x what Chicago has in the real world. I think for the cops to be more aggressive and persistent, the game would need a system like GTA where dying just respawn you at the hospital and you lose a bit of money. Having to go back to your last auto-save because the cops are too good at their job would suck.

I’ve started and restarted play through as and just never stuck with it past the first hour or so. Looking finally do a proper play through. I would normally do a vanilla run for the first, mods later. But seeing some of these mods makes me want to break that self imposed rule lol

I think the best way to implement is just locking the vehicles until the heist, then you get the bike even if you don't send his body to his family

Its gonna be a huge upgrade, I just bought a 4060ti 16GB prebuild and it runs cyberpunk amazingly, 1440p at 90-100 FPS with frame gen on!

The obsession with 3rd person is something I just won't ever get.
I think in cyberpunk's case, it stems from the ability to customize V, and wanting to see the changes to your player character in Gameplay

The taxi mod, once announced to me, blew my mind. It also instantly made me think why it was never part of the base game.
I love driving in Night City, it is so freaking immersive. Taxi Mod can help me have fill of it.
In 10 years I will still play this game every day unless the next CP gets released

I really respect the mod list but I also understand why CDPR might have skipped on these details under budget to ship this masterpiece of a game.

@@robber804 I'm playing on 2.1 version of the game so I have to make sure to download the appropriate mod version as well. I don't want to go through the effort of updating the game and redoing all the mods again. maybe I will someday
