When I am about to take a break you cheer us up and I catch another breath to push more ❤ no music gives me more relaxation through your workouts after the whole day with my son who is an energy ball 🚀 Thank you again !!!! After one month with you I’m finally getting back my stamina, shape of my body is more defined and I feel great on all levels 🌅👑🫶🏼
I love your workouts for several reasons… you don’t have music; (love that)!! Hearing you talk and cheer us on distracts us from the pain. 😁 I love the variety of your workouts and the levels to make it harder or easier. You do an amazing job, keep them coming; we’re sweating and dying with you. 😊
Thanks Ashley, another spicy one! It's nice to do body weight workouts cause it's easy to forget how challenging stuff can be without weights! My legs will be sore tomorrow and I'm not mad about it! More 30min workouts please❤🎉💪

Hi Ashley from England, love this as I do all your workouts. Personally I like the longer ones as well, 45 mins would be fab. I do them early in the morning before work, as energetic as possible! Or a shorter, gentler one in the evening. They have helped me enormously, your words are always welcome and so well timed you seem to read my mind 😄
Loved this one - nice and spicy. Your workouts have infused my life so much that even when I'm running I sometimes hear you say "you know your body best, take breaks and modify whenever you need" 😂💚
