TNT is like that really hot girl who's only interested in your my money. They both look good, got all the right stuff but I definitely couldn't afford to keep either over the long run.

Due to laws in america there's certain fireworks u can't have. U can only have so much grams in a cake, fountains, artillery shells and rockets. Theres no limit in Mexico so the fireworks over there are crazy. And in japan they have perfect breaks with symmetrical circles
Yea I can’t remember how much opening show was in California last year but I remember seeing fountains at like 80 bucks, if not more, and it’s just insane to me because you can get mortars for that price. And in Cali mortars are always worth the money even when paying a premium

I live in Philadelphia and I have to Phantom Fireworks near Chester, Pa (near the PA/De boarder) for my fireworks. TNT is just a little further down. I haven't shopped at TNT yet. Do you know who has the better prices between them?
TNT have a similar reputation over here, the small assortment boxes and larger single fountains are usually good, it's the larger cakes that are normally over priced and not as good, though the odd gem can be found.

Here in NYS TnT is really one of the few brands we can legally purchase, and for that I am grateful...Beggars can't be choosers lol. If you buy smart like Cody B you can find affordable deals. TnT loves to send coupons and deals, you need to just take advantage. I would love to.have access to Red Apple and all the other brands but we cant legally unfortunately..Opening Show is a great fountain and try to keep one in my static stash for any "celebrations" that come up during the years lol.
For people living around Salt Lake City, Evanston is really our only option for getting decent fireworks... Most fireworks are still illegal in Utah, and we have no permanent stores, so the ludicrous tents are all we really have now. As far as Evanston goes, I usually spend about 80% at Phanom, and 20% at Pyro City. Always felt like TNT was a waste.

Not true. My local mom and pop store has no tax, and sells tnt, brothers, black cat, Megabanger, world class etc. never have I bought any tnt product bc every cake I pick up is light by them or has a weird shot count. They main reason tnt sells good almost anywhere is bc of there packaging and labeling on there products. They are very appealing most of the time but too expensive at these chain stores.

Most 200 grams are $10, $12, or $14. 500 grams range from $22, $34, $36. I would highly recommend coming up and buying from them. Absolutely no tax so what is written on the cake or product is the price exactly. No $9.99 is just $10 even or whatever the price may be. I purchased Scuba Diver by Megabanger yesterday and paid $36 total. Watch a vid on here and see what I mean about prices and how much better they are

We have TNT here in Tulsa. They are all buy one get xxx free. The BlastMaster is $249 for 3 of them. I have to go visit a tent if I want anything from TNT. Their Supercenter doesn't carry everything either. Major disappointment.
I’ve been to this city of Evanston and to the 2 Pyro City and Phantom locations. There was another firework store near that TNT Liquor store. Liquor laws in Utah May be super strict as are fireworks making that store quite attractive to folks living across the border to the west. You will come to another Pyro City (black cat) and a phantom store as you travel East in Cheyenne.
Watching from Denmark, it's crazy how different the atmosphere in USA is lol. I love how everything is so spacious and down to earth. I'd love to visit someday
This is why I never buy TNT, even the nicest fireworks shops that carry it have to charge outrageous prices. I visited two stores, a Black Cat shop and a TNT shop. One was literally double the price of the other one. Goes to show, just check out all your local shops before you buy.
The one thing I regret whilst living in Kansas City MO was that I never went and shopped in B&M firework stores! I grew up in the Seattle area and we don’t have these. I will say that one summer after moving back (2014) I did plan on driving to Wyoming with a UHaul and doing my Pyro shopping. Luckily I found Jakes Fireworks in Winlock Washington! The thing about TNT is you have to know how to shop there products for the best bang for your buck .. alot of there smaller 100g 200g cakes can be priced fairly and the new festival balls with commet tails are real packed ball shells and sell for 8$ a set of 6 dont get the assorted festival balls they dont break very symmetrical still loud and go high for 6$ a set of 6 .. that and saturn missle batteries and small stuff is all i buy from TNT but i still have a place in my heart for them just because of childhood memories of being stoked to pick something out i go to the super tent every year with my brother's along with the other tents for the bigger stuff.
TNT is great for safe and sane firework states. Very expensive but they have some good deals. Knowing you, you could end up getting the whole store for a 20$ bill LOL

At that location, PyroCity, Phantom and TNT would have to be close in price to compete, Also, Evanston is close to the border with Utah, so prices will be higher. Just like the price of gas is higher closer to the interstate, you pay for the convenience.
I buy from various stores. Some sell wholesale to consumer with no minimums. Shipping is expensive about 150 to 200 bucks from other states to my state but you might could split with a friend. TNT, Phantom not my top choices. I personally like World Class, Winda, Great Grizzly, and Stinger brands. I like a few items from Wild Willy's. Shredder is a good 500g one. Phantom- Wickedly Awesome is a good one. Miracle fireworks just came out with one called High Energy that I want to get my hands on. Looks amazing from the video. There is a Red Apple store near me but have not tried their product yet. Wholesale the 500g are about 23 to 24 bucks apiece for 500g buying a case. I split with my neighbor to cut down on shipping was 150.
Tnt was the first fireworks store I ever went to, over 30 years ago. They have decent product but I've always questioned their pricing policies. Phantom, also. Quality product at a price. If you can afford them, that's great. For others, lesser known stores and mom & pop shops are the way to go, as Cody always says. You're lucky to have TNT retailers in your state. Where I live, you can only purchase fireworks four days out of a year (July 1-4).

TNT fireworks are very expensive, but they do have great performance I also like that if you have any duds they will replace for free.
only thing i wish for is that when you say going to show prices, you were panning the camera way too fast to even pause to see most of the prices.

Awesome video! I grew up on TNT Fireworks. That's the best we had in cities where safe n sane is legal in California. I've had that Opening Show fountain before. I'd say its the sickest fountain they have. Its cool to see the stuff they have that isn't just safe n sane.
