Why do I keep connecting and disconnecting? ATAK working just fine, but ITAK keeps disconnecting and reconnecting

It can be seen from the server log that itak has been linked to the server, but the coordinates and message cannot be displayed on itak

Is it possible to update to the new version? Because the update command doesnt seem to work.
pip install FreeTAKServer[UI] --upgrade
After the update I cant find the Mobile option under Users

So, the QR code is not being displayed properly on the screen. So we cannot properly scan the QR code with the camera. At least that’s my experience.

It says Safari can't open the page, any help?

Safari should simple download the file, not open it
