You should had covered few points like:-
-once published whether you can use that photo or not.
-Terms and conditions related to your published photo.
-Is there any condition of using your published photo by other(individual or company) and if there are any then what kind they are.
-what if you don't want a photo published by certain someone.
etc etc small but very important point related to your ownership of that particular photo.
although i liked your video indeed.
The biggest question in your mind when you start stock photography is can we sell same photos on different website. Yes we can sell same photos on different website and also upload them on our social media platform . There are few websites which allows its stock photographers to upload photos as exclusive photos where the photos uploaded should not be uploaded on other websites.

Shutterstock me bahut jiyada reject hoti hai.. focus bahut important ha Shutterstock me.
lekin eyeem me thik thak approved hota..
eyeem me sab se jiyada paisa milta.. mera ek photo 12 hajar me ha google pe..
