I had a very similar situation as Jeff's happen to myself. I was 19 when my childhood "best friend" drove a truck across a farm with me in the back (on the tailgate). With no warning, she thought it would be funny to do a burnout and abruptly accelerated, essentially ejecting me off the back of the truck onto a rock hard path. I lost consciousness for 40 minutes and when I came to, I've never been the same. I suffered a traumatic brain injury, whiplash, tissue damage, nerve damage, permanent herniated discs pressing on my spinal cord, TMJ, memory loss and so much more. I overlooked the fact that she didn't call me an ambulance, she didn't offer me any help and alternately blamed me for "not holding on". The grief of losing the life I thought I'd have is a terrible curse. I had a whole career ahead and so many goals, and now I struggle to work any job. I am now 24 and gearing up for back surgery. trisha did the same thing with shane dawson- well into the controversy she was still defending him on frenemies and twitter and only dropped him once she found out he did something TO HER- the same thing with colleen- so she shouldn’t be playing the moral high ground in ANY manner
@@playallatoso how do you feel about how trisha defended shane? during frenemies too? and how she kept on making videos with colleen?
Time stamp?
Trish: Say gay rights
Jeff: Gay Rights!
Giving the same vibe as
“Talk Valentina” “Ally!”
trish saying “i don’t think we can say that” throughout the pod is so funny i love this man😭
She was so scared about doing the fist for gay pride I was like girl it’s not a gang sign you’re fine 💀
@@judysm95she’s a lil too over the top paranoid of public opinion sometimes considering she has the most problematic history of rocking the boat lmao.
@@jennlynn212 I think Jenna Marbles is no where near the same as Trish, but similarly, they both grew, matured, and experience greater empathy now.
“congrats for being here” had me on the floor!!!! Jeff and Trisha together is something we need to see more often!
Same
"Every night I think of crimes" lol
@chanelbbeanin
If that's you in your profile photo, I love your hair!
It's big, it's badass, and it looks spectacular on you.
Jeff's energy around Trish is priceless. I love it 😂
@@kingayy9267 Thats so nice. Thanks for telling me that 🫶🏽
Trish brings out the icon energy in everyone
💀
Trish as a character witness in Wittek v. Dobrik would literally break the internet ❤🔥🔥🎆
I can imagine the outfits now!! 💕🌸💘🌺💘🌷
Jeff is truly the most respectful straight man ever! Like actually true definition of what a true man is! Yes protect the woman stand up for the woman!
jeff is always real as fuck but i love how every guest just SPILLS as soon as they’re on this pod 😭
Lmfao Trisha trying not to get cancelled while Jeff keeps saying the most off the wall stuff is hilarious 😂
It had zero to do with not being cancelled. Trisha has matured an genuinely tries not to be rude an nastily gossip. Your an ignorant person for saying she's only worried about being cancelled, she's never cared Abt that. Try growing up also.
@@christim1252I fear it was a joke and wasn’t intended in that way. Be nicer ❤
@@christim1252 dang😂 I know Trisha is a nice person and I didn’t mean anything bad by my comment. Sheesh lol
@@Sarahdawnxoignore that person ppl r awful and weird online

I can’t tell if Trish likes or HATES Jeff 😭😭😭😭 you can tell he loves her lol
Oscar’s giggling in the back is the best
Literally
Jeff is such a great example of non toxic masculinity. I truly want the best for him and hope he gets the justice he deserves! Love him!
the fact that jeff keeps saying "non platonic" so seriously is epic
😂 ik it's cracking me up too
Trisha and jeff really said LETS WORK IT OUT ON THE REMIX 💚💚💚💚
jeff you’re never going to get back to your old self. your old self never had a brain injury, your old self wasn’t betrayed by a close friend or several close friends. Buttt you get to explore and create who this version of you is. i fought for years trying get back to a normal that doesn’t have the experiences i’ve had as person with chronic illnesses. learning my new self helped heal that part of me so much. this version of you is perfect exactly as you are! ❤
100% agreed
This is a raw, heartfelt, beautiful podcast. It doesn’t even feel like a “podcast,” it feels like a discussion between two friends. Love it! ❤Please have Jeff on again! 😍
i had a very traumatic eye surgery where i had to be awake with my eyelids clamped open and shots going into my eyes and they had to scrape all around my eyelids. my heart really does go out to jeff. im glad he’s still living life and not letting it get him down.
THATS is so scary glad your okay I don’t think I could ever do that
@@christinaobregon4 trust me i will never do it again. i can’t have anyone near my eyes now. it was the scariest experience of my life and i sobbed for weeks. also (the surgery wasn’t even successful) so all that trauma was for nothing. i’m just glad it didn’t effect my vision.
JUSTICE FOR JEFF
Im soooo happy Jeff came on his own this time! I love the depth of every conversation and them getting to know each other more and being open while having respect for each other. Can't wait for Jeff's episode 😁 Love you always Trish🩷
petition to make Jeff a regular! 😏 The dynamic between these two is amazing
jeff saying bert isn't funny is so real and he's 100% correct lmao
He's an obnoxious drunk
He barely has any hair left to cut also so that’s probably a big part of why he said no to being on the barber shop. He wears a hat 95% of the time to hide it😅
Agree & the clip of him saying he loves his wife BUT sometimes he wants a 25yr old around to impress disgusted me.
@03Beckie he's awful to her, but speaks highly of her. Gas-lighter! Bert is the ick!
bert looks like the kind of guy who lasts 30 seconds with a fleshlight
The day this came out should be a holiday because this duo is my favorite. They balance each other out so well!
oscar cracking up in the background when they are talking about their favorite gays has me ROLLING
SHE GOES NAME ONE GAY
Literally sounds like Elmo laughing in the distance 😂😂😂
I really think as time passes and they become more comfortable with each other that Trisha might actually learn to like Jeff as a friend.
i hope so
Lol I hope so too because he's clearly warmed up to her and seemed a little hurt when she'd keep putting a social barrier between them. She was a lil nervous here and there but it was still one of my fave episodes
@@commanderwaddles3483 it seems like the whole vlog squad era still affects her a bit so she puts that barrier up, maybe with time she’ll get more comfortable around jeff!
I think her coping mechanisms are pushing people away too but if they hang around she will start to trust
I feel like talking with Trish, even if it’s technically work, it seems very therapeutic for Jeff and like he enjoys being a little out of his comfort zone. Trish challenges him to be more open and just have genuine conversation without the fear of the audience judging him. Love to see it 🩷🪩
I love these two together! I hope he's a recurring guest as well. It could literally be 4 guests a month - week 1 Tana, week 2 Brooke, week 3 Jeff, week 4 random guest 😏
couldnt have said it better myself
I thought she was married to Moses and Jeff was with verita
@@angeldream1she is married to moses, what does that have to do with jeff being a good podcast guest?
best idea!! i would live for that
@@angeldream1do you lack reading comprehension? They said “I love these two together” because they’re in a video together…. Not because they’re actually like dating or together isn’t that obvious?
jeff : “im gay” “HUEHEHEHEHUHU” 🤣 his laugh sometimes cracks me up
I fucking love Jeff’s laugh it gets me every time 😂
Lmao yes!!! It reminds me of squidward 😂😂😭
It reminds me of the Justin Bieber interview I love it
Is he not with verica anymore
time pls lol
Jeff almost made me cry when trish asked him how he's doing
Jeff “I can’t even see my abs”
Trish “you can feel them though” 😂❤ great ep
Best!!
😏
You should clip that😂😂😂
Trisha literally gets more beautiful every episode 😭
Oscar cracking up in the background at the end had me losing it. 😂😂 The laughter was contagious.
their dynamic is so frenemies coded!!! jeff needs to come back - her energy is so different with him it’s EVERYTHING 😍
the way jeff is talking about this hypothetical relationship with miley cyrus is so relatable like hahaha you can tell hes thought it over
He's not dating verica anymore?
@@geemorales3555that’s what I was thinking too
@@geemorales3555oh please that was never going to work out. He in the moment wanted to do a fun dating show with H3 and was over it halfway through. He needs to heal and work on himself first before in a healthy way find his partner
@@geemorales3555I wondered that too, kinda getting the vibe they are no longer together. His "relationship" with Verica seemed very forced, to me. I feel the long distance was not the best scenario for them, plus she was very cute, but something seemed off and a little disingenuous about her. It didn't feel organic to me...🤷💖
I love how y’all have no filter with each other, it’s so refreshing
Oscar losing his mind in the background is hilarious 🤣🤣 he's laughing so hard I wish we got a POV of him
He needs a mic!!
JEFF never ever stop fighting for justice and talking about it WE SUPPORT U
This duo is EVERYTHING. I'm just thrilled to listen to u guys talk about everything. Hope this friendship Last❤
Jeff is the perfect amount of straight for this pod
I know Trish is so nervous to trust him completely, but I think he is genuine. They have such a heavy past so she has walls up, understandably. She is also working hard to be respectful, to really HEAR people, to do the right thing, and to be unproblematic. I see you, Trish. I trust who you trust, always. Do what feels right for you. I enjoy the Jeff episodes but I know this is hard for both of you. Thank you for the content.
the accident humbled him. But she has her guard up because he acted just like the vlog squad.. So i dont blame her.
Oscar’s laugh in the last “12% Gay” segment is giving me life and I’m laughing with him. This episode was everything
It does take time... I had a traumatic event at 2013 that still effects me subconsciously to this day
@2crp1forever9
I'm sorry you experienced that event.
No one deserves to be traumatized. I hope you find a way to move past it as much as possible (if that's possible at all).
@@kingayy9267me too and it’s hard people say get over it or stop talking about but that makes things 100x worse and even makes you mentally recover slower because they through shame onto you for expressing your true thoughts and emotions sometimes we need to remember that we are all just human. 😢

This was The Office uncomfortable and I loved every minute of it. I NEED this to happen again
Jeff is literally disabled for life because of one psychos actions there is no “getting over it”

Trisha, I came to your tour in KC and let me tell you it was the pinnacle of my existence. It was so intimate, on a pure Sunday morning, by the end of it I was sitting on the side of the stage. You called me Hennessy. We bought merch. You are my ICON and that is still the peak of my life. ❤
omg the 12% gay segment was so funny! Jeff being so clueless and Trisha's snarky comments is such a perfect blend , i loved this episode
keep fighting Jeff. seriously do not give up on this law suit. people like him deserve repercussions, and that is putting it nicely. you got this
i am mainly a spotify listener but needed to come comment how much i loved this episode. trish is amazing, jeff is amazing and i am so glad they did this together
I wish Oscar was showing 😂
And that Trish would stop being so defensive with Jeff when he’s clearly warmed up to her. Relax Trish, we LOVE y’all together!
Yesss!!!! It’s like she doesn’t trust him yet and you can tell Jeff is trying to hard
Agreed!! But hopefully she’ll get there. I’m happy it didn’t phase him
I feel like we need to see Jeff on the pod from time to time the dynamic between them is iconic and so interesting I’m so engaged in the convo
Trish did so so well with this straight man episode wow
No she didnt she was judgmental as fuck the whole time..
The nervous energy on both ends😭🥰 They’re gonna end up besties I said it here first folks!!
The difference between Jeff this episode and the first time he was on is amazing. You can tell how much more comfortable he is with Trish!! I will always watch an episode with Jeff!!!
I don’t think people understand how much I love Jeff and how much my heart goes out to him for everything he’s gone for
they're gonna spill some tea on this one we're eating good

i would love to see moses on jeff’s barbershop getting a haircut for a cosplay with trish !!!
Wait this is such a good idea
i absolutely loved this video. you two are such amazing people. it’s so inspiring to see people who’ve gone through so much trauma become so successful. you guys are so humble and true to yourselves, it’s really amazing.
I always appreciate when we get to hear Jeff be real and talk about his struggles even when he is quick to pivot towards a new topic.
Snapchat is a sketchy app. Jeff should never feel embarrassed about the accident. It wasn't his fault.
