  • Wife and I head into the Alaska backcountry with friends for a remote river camping trip. Connie and I had been needing to get out and do some camping and what better way to do it than on a remote Alaskan river with best of friends. We take our boats quite a few miles by river away from the roads, people, traffic, noise etc for some genuine Alaskan backcountry solitude.

Hello my name is Lonnie and My wife is Connie.
Here at Far North Bushcraft And Survival you will learn about many long forgotten tricks and tips of the old time woodsmen. Not only will you learn about bushcraft / woodcraft but you will learn many things that will help you to survive in less than ideal "survival" situations as well. Come along and sit with me by the campfire as I delve into these subjects in a way that you can easily learn to then do yourself.
I will show you how to make shelters, gather food, use wild medicines as well as start fires with or without matches, lighters, ferro rods, etc

And what's a better way to spend your time in that beauty, than with good friends and loved ones. Wonderful video, thanks for sharing. Stay safe out there, and God bless!

They now sell items, like people counters, to stores??? There are no sick people wide around me anymore, and we still are to keep our distance??? So much is weird and off with this "pandemic", that I stand with you in this. Great looking set up and spot. The huge fires here in Northern BC over the past 4-5 years has destroyed all my remote camp spots plus the smoke and extreme fire hazard kept me out of the bush; it has been years since I could set up my wall tent. Very disheartening. Much game died as a result of the fires. Very sad. So thanks for taking me along on your trip!🇨🇦
