That’ll work mate we use a bunch of different setups for all the bikes and buggies we use, after having the IT 200 come off a trailer years ago you realise how serious you have to take strapping them down great vid man cheers

Had the same with my Suzuki DR 200 (back in 2000). It came of the trailer at 90 klm/h. Damaged both car and bike. After that, I bought proper tie downs for the bike.

@@RoadsOfOz it’s a lot of weight to have fly off into traffic we use ratchets and dynema winch rope as secondary wheel ties never lost another one since

They are cool straps and a good way to go as like you said on a sports bike.

So much better than removing the fairing or front fender to transport the bike.

Hi Matt, Oxford sell a lot of great stuff, those straps would have been great for my M109R when I had it. Maybe I'd like to use them for my Dyna too because of my fairing. Some tow companies use a heavy duty version of this.

Spirit of Tasmania uses some heavy duty straps (but i cannot remember the brand). These are probably the cheapest brand named version of these available.

Good stuff Matt but how would you strap down a Harley Electraglide? 🤷🤣
    Good luck with the sale.

That would be a challenge. Never had a Harley. I would probably pay a transport company to move a bike that size.

Useful stuff Matt. Sports bikes are harder to transport, but as seen in this video no fear, it all can be done quite easily. The price seems to be right. :) Drop by to check my latest Trip to Romania Episode when you can.

I'd tried those and the Canyon Dancers, they ruin your grips.
