If you like civilization you should try hexarchy

If you like civilization and other 4x strategy games, but you feel like you have seen it all, or have just gotten bored of the same old formula, hexarchy is a really nice new flavour of the old model. By introducing something as simple as deck building, the game plays out completely differently!

Much of the art across the channel comes from creative commons. Where that was impossible some small pieces of art has been generated with Hotpot.ai. I hope one day to earn enough from this channel to commission artists to replace these pieces.

18:29 when it comes to meta and things, I think Keyforge somewhat approacched solving issue of deck building by having main format be absent of deck building. You can buy couple of decks and play at home. Tbf they somewhat failed at balance, as some decks are just very bad sadly

I haven't played it but have watched it played. Games with prebuilt decks definitely would "solve" that deckbuilding issue, but I guess they remain quite niche as many people enjoy being able to play their own decks. Its a shame it didn't catch on more, I think I would have enjoyed it. I do play Dice Throne and Unmatched which are board games with a similar premise and thoroughly enjoy those.
