Please blend the effect at the end to make it more realistic. I could not show it because of time constraints.
Actually its good but quick selection do not select the complete shape if u zoom u might notice, i would suggest just add a saturation mask and it will help with natural look :)
Absolutely. Even Magnetic Lasso and Magic wand are not good.
It's not wrong but it's not that bad.
Instead of using gradients and leave it just that. Add another layer that is the duplication of the glasses and use it as overlay. If it cannot be blended by modes then you have to add highlight and shadow manually.
And then i would throw in hue layer and clip it to the gradients.
Also you should be really careful if you use the quick selection in a large print out and you are using a small display to see the artwork. Edges arent nice.

Before starting the recording only you should resize the photoshop window itself and make it according to your requirement. In my case, I use the 4:5 ratio.

How the selection goes in circle shape?
Actually, it's a trick. Take your time and make the selection carefully. In my case also, it took me enough time to make the selection. But, because of that trick, I managed it in the post-processing.
