Please tell me how you went about this, as I've been longing to get to bed at 9pm, each night and wake up at 5/6am, but it's been almost impossible to follow. I've been sleeping at 11.30/midnight constantly, and up on my phone. I think it's because I'm trying to always fit things in, after work (feels like there's never enough time in the day), but I'd rather rise super early and do them instead (language learning, workout, writing, etc).

All they do is spread fear and propaganda, especially during this plandemic. Turn off the TV and go out into nature 🌱💚. This beautiful lady’s voice is so calming and soothing. And her hair is super cute. I’m loving the short blonde, natural cut 💛.
I agree with you 100%. I don't know how people let all that negativity soak up their spirit. I tell people to turn the TV off, go read a book or study something instead of watching TV.
I love the way she delivered this advice with love 💗. Even some health gurus have the tendency to be harsh and judgmental towards others. Not what I got at all. All these steps are things I started incorporating into my life and if makes a world of a difference.

I am returning here, about one year later from a previous post I made. I am just beginning my journey but I wanted to recognize Paula Hurlock and this video for helping me reach a few days of less pain. In the post I made about a year ago, I shared how I was diagnosed with Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis (peripheral ad neuropathy), Crohn's, hypertension, and probably something with my liver but the medical system is not trying to mess with that yet because my insurance is cheap)....I was diagnosed with this after watching my mother die of liver disease in front of me. My sister came across this video and I watched it. I was intrigued by it, being a nerdy Black person, but didn't really turn into a daily routine (although I did a routine of prayer and listening to instrumental music with drums). Out of curiosity and the fact the pantry was low, I started experimenting with a plant-based diet. I am still experimenting and learning, but so far...I have less pain and more energy. (As an example, I typed this paragraph with a lot less pain and struggle than I usually do!). I'm not cured (I'd be in Jamaica right now if I was!) I am enjoying the journey of learning about wellness from this perspective as modern Western medicine wasn't really giving me any answers except medication (and not all of the medication I was supposed to "need" anyway...Again, I have cheap insurance!) I would like to continue experimenting with this way of life. At this point, I'm not seeking a cure (only God can do that), but if I can get a little less pain, a flatter stomach, and the energy to finish going after my dream (Master's degree in Education & become an online entrepreneur) to set a new example in my family...I'm good with that! I glad I came across her … I have been doing this very thing in the mornings.. all through this pandemic.. and I have been healthy physically , mentally, AMD emotionally. Another thing I would suggest to stay away from to keep your natural immune system healthy… stay away Antibiotics… prescription drugs , even over the counter drugs if you can. It was the hardest thing to do to not want to turn to Advil for a headache, especially when you have been working all day. But you really can handle these physically things without all these drugs . They compromise our immune system, and our mental /emotional health. I have been antibiotics free for decades. Along with no prescription or over the counter drugs. And I have been very Healthy/strong, mentally healthy.

Living in a concrete jungle becoming harder to find the sun amongst the towers. I spent 10 days in Jamaica and I returned home bawling. Because I knew my body resonated so deeply with Jamaica vibes. The fruits the sun the people the salt water I was so strong there. I came back to bitter cold and industrial grown organic foods which are nothing compared to foods from Jamaican soil. I was doing hundred push ups daily easily before I left JA. Blessed love to you all.
Thank you beautiful lady❤️ I find it challenging to wake up early here in the UK. Last year I travelled to my country South Sudan and I noticed the immediate difference. I rose up early every day at 630. I was in the sunshine and ate fresh food. These practices you mentioned help me daily, prayer breathwork, drink lemon water everyday and eat clean , I love my fruits in the early hours, but I need to start going out early again and exercising daily. I'll also start my green juices again😄 I want to travel back for a few months to help my immune system again.
I'm a European...we have a lack of sun of course... I have to supplement Vitamin D3 and B12 because I'm vegan. But food is not the the problem. I started my day early and always with a warm fresh lemon or ginger water, and a exercise a well. You the Jamaican people are blessed, but a lot of Jamaicans forgotten that. Rise before Ra, I practice that religiously. I can’t tell the last time I haven’t beaten the sun in rising, no matter what time I go to bed. There’s a few of her advice I need to follow, but there’s no fresh air in my city😂
As someone who suffered from anxiety and sought treatment with CBT from an actual MD who specialized in mental health issues, I can confirm that she is 100% correct with the suggestions she gave. They were given to me by my doctor as well as another therapist. Fear causes changes in the way our genes are expressed that can spawn disease. It is not to be tolerated.

Love this!!! Believe it or not that breathing exercise is very effective. I do the Wim Hoff breathing exercise and I've experienced the benefits and going to bed early is very good for you also.

Awesome video! For me, eating protein like eggs in the morning is best. I noticed that when I consume fruits first thing in the morning I feel really hungry throughout the day and get tired faster.
